It's awesome to see that you like the breakfast here especially the Kaya toast.
Technically for me, Ya kun is one of my favourite go-to breakfast places as it's closer to my home. I have also try killiney before but I prefer Ya kun due to its toast.
Sometimes you also get to bond with your family and friends while sitting there and enjoying a cup of tea or coffee and slice of Kaya toast.

カヤトーストならば、ヤクンですね。China Stブランチおすすめです。旧店舗の味満ちるし、トーストも炭れ味がより重厚です。柔らかな半熟卵との衝撃はポイントです。
