Another tip I found with teleporting out of a dungeon. When you are inside the dungeon, go to map, click 2 (goes to world map) Click on waypoint of the town you want. Once your in the town click "Reset Dungeon" When you re-enter your portal you'll be ported to the entrance already inside of the dungeon with it fully reset. This avoids the need of teleporting to the entrance.

The loading to town is longer then the tele to outside of dungeon. You literally just walk back in..

Should I lvl on adventurer or veteran difficulty?
Majority of players/builds are probably best suited for adventurer. The benefit of veteran usually doesn't outweigh the health increase.
