Donât pause, keep watching! Haha! Thank you though for the shout out. †For your daughterâs hat, have you considered adding in elastic along the band? You could run some through the stitches on the inside. I had to do that once for a too big hat and it worked well. Also, itâs hard to really have a sense of how much time passes in between these knitting update videos, but it seems like youâve been very productive!! I admire all the patterned work you do.
Reminds me of my childhood. My mother had knit this sweater which I wore for a couple of years. I did not appreciate its value though and took it for granted. I replaced it with fancier sweaters from the market. However, I felt and understood its worth after years. My mother is happy to know that I still remember it. Hope your daughters keep cherishing these with the same love and warmth that you put into making these. Thanks.
Itâs always so great seeing your face and getting updates!! Love the journal and yarn background!! Also.. I had a hope chest when I left the house as did each of my kiddos. Such a sacred special gift!!
A shawl I thought of for one of your daughters is the âHug Hug Kiss Kissâ shawl by Andrea Mowry! It literally is full of âxâsâ and âoâs.â â€ïž
Hey Claire, I hope youâre doing well! Your knitting is lovely! I havenât knitted in a few years due to back pain. Thereâs a new #8penquestions2024 prompt out for March if youâre looking for something fun to watch - or maybe you feel like joining in. Alicia is awesome, but you are as well â€. Your daughterâs face was precious when you said âfor your babiesâ, haha! Great video!
hey claire, love and miss your videos and also had a question that is just keeping me awake haha: how long does your ink last, from the very first refilling from the last one?
Hello to your daughter too! And I like both your current background and your pourch view. đ

It mostly depends on how many pens I have inked in my rotation at the time, but usually one pen out of my rotation of 6 will last me about 5-7 days.
