Awesome, this is really good for adhd. A couple suggestions would be to use a calmer voice to introduce and exit the meditation (without overdoing it or faking it of course - your voice during the meditation itself was nice so you could use that). My second feedback is maybe giving us more time to notice the effects of the relaxation, ie. Saying "notice how you feel after relaxing" or something, each time and allow some silence for a bit longer.

I’m going to be honest; I struggled with following along with this.
I am looking for a good video to follow along with for my DBT TIP skills, but this one contributed to my anxiety and created extra tension. When it goes from instructions for creating the tension for each muscle set to the inhale count, there is no segue for the listener to be ready for that inhale. The chest set threw me off even more because it broke the inhale pattern and I didn’t have time to adjust to be able to hold that breath.
When my therapy team does it, they describe the instructions to tense each muscle set, then announce that the breath is going to start so we can get ready for the inhale, then they count the inhale for 5 ,and they count the exhale, which runs for a count of 7 allowing for a deeper relaxation.

Thank you so much. This was very helpful. How often would you recommend practicing this a day ?
