Amy can you tell me how was your treatment for ovarian cancer?. I will have 25 radiotherapy, 6 chemotherapy very low dosis and also braquioterapy for 1b2 (mri) and fibo 2. I’m afraid sorry for this….

Do you count surgery as part of the treatment time. I had surgery in January and will finish radiation in July. This is 6 months. I received 3 months of chemo and will receive 1 month of radiation. That is 4 months

My question as well-she didn't talk about partial or total mastectomy. I had a lumpectomy and extreme hematomas from both the mammogram guided biopsy at the beginning and the surgery. Also A-Fib from the anesthesia from surgery. (Then developed Bell's palsy a week after surgery! It was crazy how many peripheral things were happening that were not actually the cancer!) Everyone is different and I don't know how this formula works. I just figure I'm blessed that my cancer was caught very early and with the radiation I'm getting it should not come back. All the best to you, snowcat, in your recovery. It's a chapter in our lives where we will learn compassion in a deeper way, meet wonderful people, make new friends, and learn we can do hard things because we are brave. 🙂
