    Not that your videos before were bad at all, but this video felt so well paced and it flowed so nicely, you said exactly what you needed to without ever over-embellishing, the editing was so crisp and snappy, I think this is one of your best vids, I deeply enjoyed it

    I never thought of using PCB material structurally before! super cool~✌️

      I've used it weapons before so I'm confident its going to work here too!

    Love the added drama of the slow motion camera shake then the hits landed.

    Very interesting to see how This Is A Party has evolved over the years. I remember you were initially reluctant to change the wedge design the first time around. And what did it do at the meet immediately after? It won!
    Here's hoping it happens again for TIAP at its next event.

      Fingers crossed!
      only one way to find out
      Also, check out my reply to @jong036jong5 's comment, I'm throwing down the gauntlet for Havoc

    I almost commented this solution on your last video. I knew this was coming!

    A few months ago I tried replacing the same Pololu wheels with some custom TPU wheels. I didn't tolerance the slot for the motor shaft correctly and they fell off mid-fight. Gonna have to try your design next time!

    I guess you’ve thrown down the gauntlet and I should revive business time. See you at the next meet

      @razer259 mentioned on my last video, that we could do a big vert rumble at this years havoc if we have enough verts
      SO, I'm throwing the gauntlet for Havoc, I want to have a giant vert off, as many 150g verts as we can fit. The winner takes the title of best Aussie vert

      fingers crossed, I might do a full elec overhaul before then to be on the safe side

    Also, crazy idea, can you eliminate some wiring for the weapon motor by embedding them into the PCB motor mount?

    • @rdpeake
      @rdpeake Před 6 měsíci

      down side of that would be if the copper traces flex too much and break they take the whole weapon out when the fibreglass might still be perfectly stable for running the motor

    Any chance you would be kind enough to release the files for the wheel and mold?

    • @TeamPanicRobotics
      @TeamPanicRobotics  Před 6 měsíci

      Maybe, but I have a policy of not releasing any files until its battle tested.
      If these wheels survive the next event I go to I'll likely release them
