Have you been weighing in?
I feel like you and I are on the same journey, in a way. I started with Keto in like 2021? Was really successful. Lost 70 lbs. But got off track due to stress and stayed off track for a year. Only put back on 20lbs. Tried to get back on Keto and it just wasn't sustainable for me. Tried Weight Watchers last autumn -- maintained for a while, only lost a few pounds so I wasn't motivated to keep going. Now I'm just trying to be a lot more active, counting my calories and making a lot more healthy choices. I'm already seeing results, feeling great and motivated to keep going.

your coffee ice cubes are brilliant!
I recently saw a recipe with the same wine.....they added strawberries and ice cubes and used the Creami and to a slush/smoothie. Looked delish!
