The MCU wrote a way to get out of using Kang as the main villain if the case against majors is true. Otherwise they can continue and say it is indeed a loop where Victor timely eventually ends up becoming he who remains.

Since old Loki mentioned that he faked a death by his illusion that is so real that titan (thanos) believed it and fled to isolate himself before missing his brother and got pruned by TVA. So our Loki is currently still alive the whole time but isolating himself

It wasn't really a sacrifice in Infinity War. It's not that Thanos was about to kill Thor and he stopped him. He showed up almost immediately after Thanos got the Space Stone and got himself killed.
I think in the Avengers 1 when avengers arrested loki with tessarsct then acc to the sacred time line loki had to be killed by Thanos like we saw in infinity war. But there another possibility created and this created an another timeline in which loki escaped and captured by TVA
