I'll say it would be Lille Barro for me, specifically, I like his second version, he became an owlman, but I like the more angelic look to it than the first, also I love the design as well, makes him look so much more intimidating than before.
Why was Quilge able to absorb reiatsu from Ayon considering he was basically a hollow. Isnt that a plothole?

As Nodt definitely has the coolest Holy Form, Kubo did a amazing job with his design. I do really like Askin and Quilge's forms as well.
Nah, Lille has the best by far! Lol I’m playing. But I personally think Lille has the best Vollstandig but it’s really all subjective to what you like. But I also think Barragon has the best Resurreccion also lol. I just like body horror I guess.
@@House.Of.Pain. Lille is god level with his vollstandig, it's probably the scariest one. Without that divine sword he likely could kill every one.
@@FGame2staryeah, he kinda became too powerful. I honestly think that’s why Kubo kinda had to pull a rabbit outta his arse because he wrote himself into a. He probably thought like damn, how am I going to kill him now. And probably the same way with Gerard as well. But I love Lille’s design both pre and post Vollstandig. I just don’t like the last form he takes when he turns into like a 1,000 owls lol.
As Nodt's Vollstandig Form reminds me of Marilyn Manson's videoclips like "Long Hard Road out of Hell" and "Tourniquet" 😁

I like to think of Bazz-B's lackluster Vollstandig design as a trade off for how much thought Kubo had put into the Heat power itself. Bazz having a history of being against Yhwach probably resulted in rejecting the idea of his Vollstandig being named in reference of 'God'. So, rather than having the zenith of his power be expressed in the form of a drastic transformation like As Nodt's Tatar Foras, it manifests under the use of his Burner Fingers- Burning Full Fingers being the ultimate expression of this power.

I dare to bet that once he goes through his first transformation, his wings and everything would actually change color to normal bright light.
I wonder if As Nodt's wings were meant to symbolize the crown of thorns that were put on Jesus' head while he was on the cross.

@@jaredcarlson7108 Perhaps it references fear and suffering, both of which Jesus would have experienced on the cross while he wore his crown. Bit of a stretch though, and despite his prominence I don't think As Nodt has much going for him otherwise as a Jesus reference. Uryu or the blonde guy with the shield whose name escapes me are better possibilities imho.
Hearing Tommo say "Voll Stern Dish" cracks me up everytime. It's pronounced "Dihh", with the last part sounding like a cat's hiss.

@@0eyes That is true, but the gift they got from Ywach also came with the risk of him taking their souls when he needed them, and he did.
@yahtoray3 Pretty sure most of them didn't know that. That's why they got hit with the light while some knew to move.

The way i see it what the others are doing is basically the equivalent to a bankai while what ishida did was more akin to a hollows second release in terms of power but not being a hybrid type thing the price of doing so was more severe
you know I never really looked at Uryū's journey by itself, it really is unique for a Quincy.
he survived the Auswahlen, lost his powers from removing the Sanrei Shutō, and then regained his powers.
Indeed... I hope the anime give a clear answer of Uryu's unique immunity compare to the other Quincies
Yeah that bothered me that it was never explained.
Well some Stern Ritter did survive the auswahlen just by hiding under rubble lol. Granted their all pure quinces we are led to believe but it doesn’t seem to penetrative if regular old rubble stops it. Now back to Uryu, I wouldn’t be surprised if in some way that his father and grandfather actually worked together and knew the auswahlen was coming, so they just hid Uryu somewhere under the pretense of something else. Like “hey, uryu we are taking you to summer camp. But it’s super secretive and it’s hidden underneath 500 miles of titanium steel. Shh don’t tell anyone”.
Oh also, to prove your immunity point even more. He was in hueco mundo for an extended period of time and got injured and battled several arrancar. Hollows and their spiritual power is supposed to be poison to quincies.
This came at perfect timing when I’m about to take a nap and absorb this info in lol

I hope Uryu, Jugram, and Ryuken show off a vollstandig somewhere in Cour 3 or 4.
Uryu in cour 3 vs Senjumaru or Ichigo. Jugram and Ryuken in Cour 4 perhaps where father and son team up against Jugram.

Ryuken probably doesn't have one, since they're presented as gifts from Yhwach, but the other two almost certainly have one.
Uryu vs. Haschwalth would be epic if they each used Vollständig
Ryuken wouldn't have a Vollstandig, he would have needed to get one from being in Yhwach's army.
That’s exactly what I’m hoping for. It’s ridiculous how they didn’t have one in the manga. The anime looks to hopefully change that at least with Uryu. I hope Ryuken helps in the battle against Hashwalth.

Quincy Volstandig is basically equivalent to a soul reapers Bankai
Then how come they lost to Soul Reaper Bankai while in Volstandig form?
@@shukei26 2 reasons, either soul reaper bankai has gotten stronger after the first quincy invasion like Renji and Sajin's Bankai or 2 or more soul reapers are fighting one quincy at a time, but overall the quincies are way stronger than the soul reapers
@@shukei26they just mean it's the 2nd transformation as Bankainis
But the Quincies lost to the soul reapers. TWICE. Now and 2000 yrs ago. They had to steal the captains Bankai to level the playing field. Byakuya, Rukia, Toshiros Bankai didn’t get stronger in fact Rukia was brand new

I think when the time comes in the anime, Lille and Gerard’s final, light based forms will most likely still be blinding white.

As Far as designs go, As Nodt is easily the best, whichever form we’re discussing.
Also, his holy form’s face reminds me of Vasto Lorde Ichigo but without horns.
Gerard is not the only one who doesn't have a halo. Pernida doesn't have it too and that's because of their nature.

I hope we get Pernida's full holy form. I know the fight with Mayuri and Pernida was really good but I want to see its holy form in the anime. Also, I feel like we need Uryu to have a Volstandigg.
I think we will see Pernida’s full form in the mayuri fight and Uryu’s form when he kills Senjumaru. I wonder if Haschwalth has a holy form

I don't understand what you mean. I guess you mean since they're the inner squad it would stand to reason that they would all have a holy form? Pernida definitely might but I'm not so sure. I don't see why it's not possible but I'm kinda thinking they simply don't since they've always been the soul kings hand. He's probably older than Ywach, not that it matters but might contribute to it. He's basically already a holy form in a sense. But I guess Gerard is like that too so I'm probably wrong.
Another side note but I had wondered if Ywach wasn't actually "birthed" like a human but is a part of the soul king. The anime seems to show a mother figure though.

Awesome vid as always! As Nodt's design is so incredible! I also just noticed that his "wings" feel similar to the crown of thorns that Jesus is sometimes depicted wearing. Could be reading way too much into it but maybe Kubo did it on purpose idk just thought it was a cool connection.

Bazz B's is indeed fairly generic which is a letdown for someone who is so fierce and powerful as he and given his history.

Really hope we get Uryu and Jugram’s holy forms in the anime. I also hope Bazz B’s holy form gets a makeover cause I feel like he deserves a better one being one of the more important Quincy.
They’re definitely going to need it in order to beat Senjumaru. They need to make her loss reasonable because she’s just broken.
Kubo did a great job making Angels look terrifying with the Völlstandig.
Evangelion did better. Besides angles have aloes been terrifying they have multiple faces and eyes covering the body. Some are just spinning wheels with eyes like the Ophanium.

Bazz needs an enhanced form that gives him a flaming Mohawk & wings, along with a ‘Sun’ shaped halo. Maybe some speed lines on his arms & legs.
That would be epic. I always hoped kubo went crazy with his vollstandig design and gave him Phoenix wings. He’s definitely a fan favorite.
I actually don’t mind Robert’s Volstandig being green, his is more of a bright apple green, and Lille’s is a more verdant forest green.
Notice how certain sternritter Also say the name of their holy forms when Upgrading them I wonder what that means.
As a Monster Hunter World player, Bambi's Vollstandig is giving me some serious PTSD

Fun fact about Gerard's wings: They're a similar color to a Philosopher's Stone from Fullmetal Alchemist, a stone created from the souls of others and used to create, you guessed it, Homunculi, Homunculi in FMA being able to regenerate even from dust and are nigh-impossible to kill without directly targeting the stones that act as their hearts and cores.

Nigh-impossible meaning that they can regenerate from being turned to dust. The only way to kill a Homunculus is to destroy their Philosopher's Stone, which can only be done through either having them deplete souls over time or directly destroying and/or dissipating souls from the stone.@@xenoemblem7

I don’t know how I feel about Pernida having a Vollstandig. IMO it takes away his uniqueness a bit as a limb of the Soul King. Then again Gerard had one. Speaking of Gerard, is he a guy with the SK’s heart inside, or the latter manifesting a body?
He is the normal quincy guy, later on fused with the heart of soul king

I got the feeling the quincy with full transformation at Vollständig are master at controling their form. The one with only wings and halo are either the midium stage of Vollständig or they are still amateur

I wish there had been some kind of consistency between different Vollständig and how Quincy abilities have been laid out to work. I also wish they hadn't been so massively overpowered with abilities that seem to completely defy any previous upper limit shown before rather than just strong abilities that they use in creative ways, and that so many of them hadn't taken unrealistic amounts of time to die, but those are smaller issues I have compared to the first one.
I think a cool name for Mask holy form would be The Applause of God
Sternritter in base are stronger than captains on average lol, it was said repeatedly that captains in bankai (5 to 10 times multiplier) is needed to fight the Quincies before the vollstendig was even known lol
Each Sternritter is captain lv minimum with many surpassing that base level
As soon as Bankai was released though the quinsies goss their asses kicked just like 1000 yrs ago.

My favs would definitely be Askin & Liltotto. Askin just looks cool & Liltotto's attacks & enhanced form definitely gave her a leg up design-wise. Also I don't know how they'd do it but I'd personally like to see Cang Du & Bazz-B's enhanced form

Now, we have the translations for currently known releases. Hasshein (God’s poison taster), Zofiel (blaze of god), Tatar Foras (fear of god), Gagael (hunger of god), Piskiel (justice of god), Gudoero (love of god), Aschetonig (authority of god), Grimmaniel (step of god), Pornipora (power of god), Balbarriel (thunder of god), Jiliel (judgment of god), and Azhalbiora (death of god). I have some guesses as to what the others might be.
A (vision of god), Uryu (role of god), b (scales of god, assuming Jugram even has one), c (hand of god), h (flame of god), I (barrier of god), k (knowledge of god), o (wrath of god), q (words of god), r (roar of god), s (champion of god), u (weakness of god), v (mind of god), Shaz (body of god), Lee (mystery of god), w (space of god), and y (image of god). To me, those make the most sense
Uryu's potential Volstandig name is very perfect as he share same letter with Yhwach and is his successor
I'm pretty sure yhwach doesn't have a vollständig since he doesn't need one he is already powerful enough
@@hassanediallo2822 probably not, but just imagine if he did. Assuming he had one, I wouldn’t be surprised if all of their Vollstandigs were simply knockoffs of his own. That would be amazing.
Qilge is my favorite as he shows a more traditional version of qincies compared to the other sternritters, maybe that's the reason he was the first sternritter introduced, for us to prepare of what the quincies are cooking 😂
I just wish this arc was the same length as the Bount arc, it deserves sooooo much more!!

Bazz B's ability is to manipulate heat with his fingers and the amount of fingers he will use will make his heat harder or easier to use and stronger or weaker. Example: 1 finger is easy to use but the attack is weaker than other, but 5 fingers will make the attack harder to use but will make it deal huge damage
I would love it of BG9's Holy Form had wings shaped like a fighter jet
Lille’s first vollstandig was my favorite with Gerard’s being a close second! I love how they’re so angelic. But yeah… bazz b’s was straight garbage.
As Nödts Holy Form and transformation reminded me alot of Aizens final transformation. Only thatr AIzens Back did split apart and not his chest hehe.

Bazz B.. the sun., his burner finger and whole demeanor is based on the sun.. that’s why his vollstandig is the way that it is. And shows his whole charactery arc. The sun rise’s😮in the east and sets in the west,, so does Bazz B 🎉 & he always shines for his beliefs no matter what anyone else says. Just like the sun goes through eclipse where the darkness can creep in and over take you for a moment!!🌹❤️💗 I hope you see it right now!! happy valentine everybody!

I'm a simple man, I see Askin I click. Also Lille in that form looks like a white version of the Owl spirit in the Library from ATLA
I looked up synonyms for speed for Roberts Schrift, best I found find was Nimble
Wrong. He is Robert "Niger" Accutrone
So Robert's ability is involved with speed but he is the letter N so sternritter N is the Nimble
As nodt is easily one of my favorite sternritter along with Lil totto and mommy Meninas and Pernida. They are all so cool in their own way and they all have a certain but different vibe about them i really like. But in my opinion i fell the hardest for As nodt. He became my favorite as soon as he appeared on screen

In my opinion Kubo is the most talented and skilled character designer in the manga industry. Kishimoto is a close second.

@user-iv8gn6vj9x that's good for you. It's easy when you have 16 characters. Show me two Fishman that look alike or two giants. You sound racist. It's like saying all Asians look alike because they have similar features that are different that the average American. They look similar because they're the same species but they aren't identical. They all have different designs. I've even looked at individuals in the background and I haven't seen duplicates. They could exist but I've watched it three times through and haven't seen a duplicate. If you have evidence feel free to share, if not I'll defer to my expertise.
