OMG THIS IS SO FREAKING GOOD! NO KIDDING! I made this today without the raspberries and add fresh strawberries to the top, and i mean...IT WAS THE BOMB! My family couldn't stop eating it! Like under 7 mins there was only half of it left!! Thank you so much for sharing!

You can use a microwave safe bowl and melt them in the microwave at 30 second intervals until smooth!

Thank you for your question. There are a few things you can do to prevent the cheesecake from cracking. It's best to bake it in the hot water bath. That way, the cheesecake is baked gently and evenly. When the cheesecake first comes out of the oven, use a butter knife to run along the edge of the pan and then let the cheesecake cool completely. This should help! If cracks do appear, you can cover them with melted chocolate or whipped cream.

Thank you for your question Alfred. You can absolutely use blueberries or strawberries in this recipe. You might want to slice or quarter strawberries rather than using them whole. Please let us know how the recipe works for you.

Thank you for your question. We haven't tried this recipe with milk. Milk is considerably lower in fat than half and half, and it's likely to change the texture of the cheesecake. We'd recommend trying the recipe with half and half, as written. Good luck!

Great point! You could certainly bake the cheesecake in a water bath. The water will help the cheesecake bake evenly and gently. Enjoy!

This is soo good! But I made it kinda different. I added all heavy cream instead of half and half. And skipped the raspberry part, half the amount of chocolate and used plain digestive biscuits plus I double the crust because it wasn't enough for my pan. AND IT WAS THE BEST CHEESECAKE EVER!!

    Sugar makes it taste better!
You could always substitute for Splenda or not use as much. Then it's not gonna taste as yummy, you're choice. All desserts are fatty, so why not indulge :)
