- We’re back with author, baker and @FitwaffleKitchen founder Eloise Head as she makes a super indulgent, no-bake, white chocolate cheesecake.
With a shortbread base, a white chocolate, cream cheese centre and a white chocolate ganache topping, this dessert is perfect for those with a sweet tooth. It’s indulgent, creamy and a real showstopper of a dessert.

Ingredients:
280g Shortbread
70g unsalted butter, melted, plus a little extra for greasing
For the filling:
350ml double cream, cold
500g full-fat Essential Soft Cheese, cold
120g icing sugar, sifted
250g white chocolate, melted and cooled to room temperature
For the topping:
300g white chocolate, in chunks
150ml double cream
10g shortbread biscuit crumbs
1 square white chocolate

I love cheesecake and I love Wite chocolate and that is amazing cobonrshon I have a question can you use rich tea biscuits or detstif biscuits you are amazing and that is looks delicious and that is a good idea for a chocolate cngash of white chocolate
Do you need to let the cheesecake set before you add the ganache?

Hi Susan, The ganache just includes cream and chocolate, in this yummy recipe, so the colour will just depend on the colour of the white chocolate you're using ^Lynda
How much cream cheese is added? Looks Wonderful but how much cream.cheese Honey. I guess I'm not seeing that part. Ty 💗 💗 💗
Hiii what if my ganache turned out too liquidy because I accidentally added to much double milk, what can I do if I do not have more chocolate?? 😭
Oh no! We recommend 150ml double cream for the perfect consistency. Practice makes perfect is my motto 🧑🍳 ^Nicola
What is the diameter of the circle please
I've made this 3 times now and my choclate has hardened / seized up each time... let it all cool to room temperature too 😢 I don't seperate my whipped cream from soft cheese mixture , would that be why

The cheesecake looks fab and I'd like to try the recipe. The baker's voice isn't quite right here. It's very loud and grating. This would have been a perfect video if it had been done as mostly a voiceover and with a softer, slower voice.
