225g All-purpose flour
75g Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
300g Egg (About 6 large eggs)
750g Whole milk
2 Tbsp Dark rum (optional)
*Strawberry Jam
150g Strawberry
30g Sugar
7g Lemon juice
*Cream
400g Cream
40g sugar
5g vanilla extract (optional)
