I love this workflow videos, I am thinking on getting a Mara X as well! You can probably grind a bit finer btw, the shot came a bit to fast, but its all preferences

Hey man, I bought this machine a month ago and when I stop my extraction the coffee still drips in my cup. Do I need to push the lever down completely like doing a backflush?

Yes. Just like what I did everytime, switch the lever all the way down.
