It serves as an agreement between the customer, business users, Solution Architect, and the RPA Developers on the bot design.
SDD usually includes:
- To-Be process,
- Applications involved and their integration details,
- Data structure,
- Log structure,
- Assumptions, etc.
SDD should be detailed and should clearly call out all Assumptions, exceptions and requirements
Development readiness should be targeted to complete while Designing phase to avoid any delay in Development phase
SDD should be reviewed and signed off to get started with next phase
