Menstrual cramps are no joke. Some women experience so much pain that they even pass out. It’s probably the worst physical pain that I’ve ever felt. I have screamed and cried, and I’ve been sent home from school multiple times growing up due to not having medicine. It’s crazy how such a natural thing can make your world stop because of the pain.

So my family hired a babysitter once for my younger siblings. She lived with us at the time, & I remember one time she went out in the garden for something and quite some time passed, but she didn’t return. So I kinda panicked and went out to look for her (I was probs 12 at that time), I literally found her passed out on the grass due to her pain. It was so scary. I didn’t understand the pain she was feeling because I didn’t have my period yet but she literally had this pain EVERY SINGLE MONTH. She would (nearly) pass out every time. That shit scarred me, honestly, I was scared to get mine... some people don’t take this seriously, it’s horrendous pain.. awful

I found out it was dead and called the "disposal facility for animal carcasses" (We have big parks and a lot of nature here in my town, so there are a lot of animals). I mean I wasn't happy that it was dead but I didn't feel guilty afterwards. So do things NOW! You will regret it, if you don't help/ask or do something!

This happened to me once in Argentina. I got menstrual pain and realized I didn't have pain killers at home. I went to buy and couldn't find any store open. I started to pass out in the street, some men saw me, asked me what was wrong, brought me a chair, pain killers and water, after that they drove me home.
This really make me cry 😭😭 some people are so kind but some of them are rude too
It was kinda sad at the amount of people that just stared at her and walked away but at least some people asked her if she was alright.
I think some that stared were genuinely concerned but didn't know what was wrong, and then had assumed that it was just a sore back

I remember one time I was going to take the train and couldn't because I had bad cramps and had to the squad down next to the stairs. A woman approached asking me if I was fine and told her that I could not walk anymore because I have horrible cramps. She helped me get out of the train station until my brother came to pick me up. It's horrible to go through so much pain many people think this is nothing but in reality, many women experience these symptoms and I'm glad there were so kind people offering help.

They were good at their hearts, & probably wanted to help (that's you can notice many of them turn back) but they simply didn't know what to do/say. Can’t blame them. Sometimes people in her situation don’t want to be bothered. I know I don’t like being bombarded with questions when I’m trying to wait for pain to subside. The people passing by were likely just uncertain and wanted to play it safe. If she reached out for help and explained what she was going through, she might’ve gotten a few people to stop and even do something for her.
I appreciate all the people who stopped to check on her but also be mindful of others who passed. Many times I have to pass people in need of help but I don't have time/walking with a group/don't want to make them emotional by asking/they don't want to tell a stranger their personal business.

I was in this position before, not even in the street, but in the office working for my mom.
I had to stay in the bathroom and send my mother a message saying i can't make the meeting she forced me to take. Not only was i told to stop being dramatic, but was forced to serve the client with politeness as he berated me for being late.
I hate, with passion, those who make life harder for those in pain. I wish them torture alike the torture they have inflicted on us to bring themselves benefits.

Even if you're in a foreign country and you see this happening, you should still help because if everyone thinks like you, no one will help that pity girl! I would've asked if she was alright and not just walk past her, this video is so relatable because when I'm on my menstrual My cramps are very severe and I get "Period sickness" and I tend to puke a lot, so I would've been very appreciative with just even a simple "Are you ok?"

This is literally me every month. It feels aweful. Stomachache, headache, fever, cramps, nausea… sometimes i cant even walk. I wish someday i can help someone who struggles with this too. Everyone please take care of yourself and if it feels really bad go to the doctor

This reminds me of a time when I was in severe pain from the pains, I collapsed outside a shopping mall and cried holding my tummy in severe pain, I almost threw up from the pain,
three woman and a man leaving and coming into the shopping mall stopped and comforted me until my lift came and explained the situation and told me to rest.
