not defending Meredith (I don't know her) but that happens every time I try to put this lipstick on, it's such a weird consistency, it feels like a lipstick that u left out in the sun melting, and it always makes those big blots when you try to apply, so I'm not sure it's on purpose 😂

Hmmm are they completely different? I never heard of essence before, but when I was looking up info for this video many skincare CZcamsrs called them interchangeable. I also thought Jeffree’s looked pretty thick!

@@TeaSpillan essence and a toner have different jobs. Online a simple explanation is that a toner is to cleanse (usually all about balancing PH) and an essence is to treat (hydrating the skin etc). Regardless I’d still never buy either lol

So many brands have milk like products. Hailey didn't copy him ,she can't in only a day. She has been seen using this on her vids since the beginning of this year to try it out.
Right! There is even dove facewash which has a milk texture since a long time. So milk products aren't new.
What I find hypocrisy is that Jeffrey called Hailey products packaging minimalist and boring while his new product packaging is the exact same 🙄

For me personally there are way too many makeup, skincare and makeup/skincare companies now. Ordinary people are struggling financially and all of these new launches or launcing a new company is too much. I am at a point where im hardly buying anything that is makeup and i dont anymore skincare products either.
Wasting food really irritates me tremendously. Especially in these times. There are food shortages in places. Entitled people really annoy me. Jeffree Star especially. I don’t even know who the other two are.
Why is there even pretend drama with JS and Rhode? It’s a milky ceramide toner, a million Korean brands have done them. It’s not new and they’re both getting on the trend.
Everything these big influencers try is PR ! I don't trust anybody that has over a certain amount of followers because at a certain point they're just doing it to get a sponsorship 🤑 everything they get is free
How are those products being compared as similar when one is more of a serum and the other one is toner? I personally do not buy skin care products from people who have thousands of dollars to go spend on facials! I would much rather buy from real people who actually have skin problems or companies that have been doing it for years
Personally I can care less on how people do their mukbangs or when people order food, but Jesus Christ I was not expecting that much waste…..

Isn't Meredith the one who takes huge handfuls of foundation and puts it all over her face? I feel like wasting products is kind of her "thing" and I think she intentionally pushed the products up too far so it would be wasted. I don't tend to do do more than one push and even then I'm incredibly gentle because I don't want to potentially ruin the product or over apply it. Just seems like all these influencers and personalities waste products and things because they can and they know it'll generate views and keep them relevant.
Literally anytime I see a clip of her it makes my pores feel clogged because of how much product she used 😩
The gloss sticks are kind a recipe for disaster. They’er soft but look like a regular lip balm so most people would press too hard while using it. Also I think it’s funny people are up in arms about two similar products releasing at the same time when neither it a truly original product. Tatcha has had a similar product for years and I bet a lot of other brands do too.
There are so many brands that do. It’s so so so popular in japanese and korean skincare.

as someone who works in the fast food industry, we put in so much work to make sure your food tastes good and coming from a poor suffering off-branch location, we often run out of things like meat, bread, and even cups, so its not cute to frivolously waste food that we put so much work and effort into
I cant. This is why I rarely watch anyrhing beauty related on tiktok and especially youtube shorts beauty influencers. They are so, so out of touch with reality.

The thing with Meredith is that she’ll try on a bunch of products that was very obviously sent to her, give it the best reviews imaginable, then never wear them again. I’m not bothered at all by the glosses breaking and I thought she looked rlly good in my them, I just don’t get why she’ll recommend a product but then wears the same lip combo every other video.
I don't understand why anyone would even support JS skincare line...I'd rather put my money in an ethical small business...Its a nope for me. Plus that packaging makes it look cheap...

If you like these tinted lip balm gloss stick things NEVER swivel them up at all is my advice to you and never let them get warm in any way (no keeping it in your pocket or car). Honestly if she just said that this was was something that happened it wouldn't have been a deal-breaker for most people interested in a product like this.🤷🏻♀️

I don’t understand posting that you’re going to waste food when food banks are at an all time low and so many people have no money for the crazy prices . I volunteer in different places and you should see what we give to people at times for a week of food. Sometimes I feel shame to hand out the tiny bags , especially when it’s an elder or a mom because there’s no way you can even make a whole meal with the stuff we put in bags in that particular place , no way you could last a week either so they have to do multiple places. I live in Canada for reference.
Hailey’s new essence looks like laneige’s cream toner. There’s so many of them out there. I wouldn’t go by brand, checking the ingredient list is more important.
