Julia and Ngozi make such great points. We as women often have a lot to prove to be taken seriously as leaders. It's important for us to remember our worth and the value we can bring to the table. When we show the world what we're made of, we pave the way for women everywhere and truly make a difference.

    1) There's no right way to be a woman leader, be true to yourself
    2) How are you going to deal with sexist stereotypes? Talk to your friends and colleagues about this. Forewarned is forearmed
    3) debunk the sexist stereotypes when you come across them
    4) be a supporter of systems that aid gender equality, even if you don't need them right now
    5) reach out and network, don't take a backward step by shying away
    6) the most important lesson of all: go for it!

I was on the Beenleigh train, riding in the middle carriage on my way home from leaving school early for the day. Didn't even make it 2 minutes without the sexism card being pulled. Women like this wonder why they're miserable and can never work it out.

They are arguing the case that women don't have to exhibit "alpha male" characteristics to be a successful leader, but let's be honest, how many passive "beta" male leaders do you know of?

Essential lessons for women leader? Why not just leaders?
How would you feel about a video titled: "essential lessons for male leaders"?
You would get triggered pretty hard by such a video I guess.

Most videos are not directed towards males, why would they? Video creators typically try to reach as broad of an audience as possibe. But if you try really hard you can find sexism is almost everything.
Why I'm here? To point out the obvious sexism of this video, which is needlessly only directed to one gender.

@@Sepp_Tember there’s clearly an unequal distribution of men and women in positions of power. This video is encouraging women to step up and balance the scales as we battle sexism in the work place. Its very simple. This video talks about how women are treated differently and held to higher standards than men when they are leaders
