Psychedelics can be very intense and not for everybody.
Once had 7g shrooms, experienced something like I was on blue colored fire like full body torch. Hurts like hell. Then the fire slowly faded and I’m like back in reality but now air is dense like as if it’s liquid. Now breathing something that feels like liquid is also quite challenging experience I must say.
Then like few weeks later I had 10. I was very brave like I survived burning, and all the other crazy sht I will not talk about. So yea, my advice: take 3, try it slowly. But never take 1 so you will be fooled that mushrooms is a light drug. If highly dosed it splits your very consciousness and all of you start to have a strategy meeting inside your head. Cuz like you somehow know that you are now going through singularity or something and time is of importance right now. Fuck it reader, take 15 and tell your story lol

You don't have to be watching the video but you do need to be listening to the audio with headphones or speakers with very good stereo separation. You also shouldn't be doing anything else but listening. Not browsing, reading, etc. The more meditative of a state you can be in the better.

Ideally you want to be listening with headphones or with speakers that have good stereo separation. Some prefer closing or covering their eyes over watching the visuals. You should also be doing little else while listening. Doing other things like reading, etc could hinder the experience. Also should listen to the whole thing, or as much as possible for best results.
