    Why is the bottom right nut different

      This is how it came from Honda. To be honest it doesnt matter. The important thing is to use the copper washer on the lower left stud (When looking at the front of engine straight on) to help seal the oil passage and to torque all nuts to around 9 ft lbs

      @@ZacBernasconi The reason is so if you snug down the copper crush washer with the cap screw the cap screw could bottom The regular nut prevents that

      it should be used in conjunction with the copper washer

      @@TheTimshumaker buy why then have a cap nut on the stud above it, couldn't that bottom out too. The other side carries oil so yes it needs a cap nut. Not arguing just think it's rather strange.
