I started a new season character last week and tried to follow your guide on leveling without grinding which has been super useful before. However, now it seems broken, the combat exp quests aren't available, apparently some are stuck behind the aminity game. Might be worth making an update video on this, alternatives, and possible future guide on the matter ;)

Just got to 61 a few days ago and used his guide with NO issues.

Might want to check you have all quests on and that you log in and out to refresh. I just used the guide and no issue, finished yesterday.
