I was wondering what might happen if you PLUGGED IN A CABLE?

I'm searching the A-160-2 video, and I just understand that this one is the last one of your channel...

i think a video actually showing what they do instead of presenting graphics would be alot more helpful.

Hi Raul, thanks for this video as i'm new to modular and just bought these 2 modules.
When do you expect to upload the next video's? Is there a video of the A-151-2 from you also?

    Nice one, Raul!
Does any Doepfer LFO module offer tempo sync(not just reset)? I can't seem to find one on their website.
Can I run a clock/pulse to the CV input of the A-147 to achieve tempo sync?
    Thanks!

I'm new to modular but I was wondering what would happen if you inver the clock signal going into a mathmatic divider. Would that pt the notes on the down beat or does it have to be inverted on the output for that like you were talking about? I'm just trying to think of a way to use only one inverter.

I just discovered your videos. They were great, why did you stop making them?

    Raul,
I am in the uk, and a raw beginner in the world of modular, I am waiting for a friend to varnish my first doepfer case which 2 x 84hp rows.
I also have elements by mutable instruments and a 138 mixer and a doepfer vco and basic envelope generator , no vcf yet. along with a rosie output module.
    My question is this.
I have a metropolis sequencer waiting to be installed in the rack, I have also ordered an A 160 only clock divider from the main importer of doepfer brand in the uk, expecting delivery on Monday. 7 November.
Having read in depth the manual for the metropolis it appears to have an inbuilt clock divider so I then attempted to cancel the a 160 as it seemed unnecessary.
The reply I got was to the effect that I still needed the a160 and the a161 which would give me a sequentially switching set of clock divisions , and the one in the metropolis would only be useful to run two metropolises in parallel , clearly more expensive and unviable considering additional rack space of 34 hp
As a neutral observer with knowledge far greater than me could you give me unbiased advice on this matter, you may need to consult the metropolis manual which is available on their website.
    Thank you.

hi, i'm trying to connect my keystep pro to a clock divider (a160-2) but i don't understand what i'm doing wrong.
I want to use keystep as main clock source and connect the clock out of it to the trig/gate of doepfer 160-2.
Yet the tempo on the clock divider is super fast (like multiplyed?) ... i mean the clock source of keystep is not equal to the " /1 "of the doepfer. what am i doing wrong?
the same happens if i connect my keystep pro clock out to the vermona random rythm clock in. The vermona goes super fast

I did not. It hadn’t been released yet. Although I believe it was very similar. Thanks for Watching!

Does the Doepfer A-190-4 MIDI CV module have a clock generator built into it? If so, how would I send a clock generator to another module like a VCO or LFO? The Doepfer manual is very unclear on how this works.

Nope.. You have to feed it with a clock/gate signal in order to use the outputs

I think I ran into an issue posting the links within the description. It’s funny no one noticed until now. 😂🤣😂
I went back to the forum I used for a lot of my research and do remember this one. www.modwiggler.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1905216&hilit=A160#p1905216 , I cannot recall the others but that forum was chocked full of really smart people. I’m sure a few searches would turn up some good info. Thanks for watching.

Calling this "Basics" would be an exaggeration as there is nothing about the use of the modules. "Reading the text on the front panels" would be more precise.

Like pulling teeth to get to the point dude.
It's got blinky lights. Show us the blinky lights.
Talking about synths is like dancing about architecture.
