Cocona was the one who suggested this. No one directed her to do it. Simon checked with her parents and they gave their permission but basically you should know that no one tells any of these girls to do something they don’t want to do. Simon is very protective of the girls and they have input in everything. That’s what makes them great
Simon and I are so freakishly similar with a lot of things (I discovered this while watching the documentary and was a little freaked out by it haha) so I know he would be 100% protective of them. I'm glad that Cocona has people around her to make her safe enough to make these choices!

Cocona wanted to shave it for a long time since according to her parents she used to have a shaved head.
XGALX had previously said no because it didn't fit the concept of their songs.
Cocona finally convinced Simon to let her do it but he basically said why don't you do it for the MV to make a statement and she agreed.

Nah just kidding! It was announced by Cocona parents apparently in the Osaka first howl that Cocona has done it before when she was younger. She has wanted to do it again but it didn’t go with the company label image until this MV concept.

One clarification.
When Cocona says OG she means "Original Gangsta", not Original generation. Based on the way she raps and his attitude, swag, etc... That's why she uses the slang OG. Implying that she is a badass.

Hey there! So nice to cross paths ands I'm happy to be a positive addition to your XG and choreography viewing! To answer your question about what she is actually doing at that part of the track, I would say she is simply doing a sequence of isolated arm movements with using her back to create the speed to get from point A to point B of the positions. I can see how some call it a "Krump" influence but I don't think there is enough posture or cultural presence of the style to give that one phrase of movement the name or designation of Krump. I would also extend the same courtesy to Turfing. Turfing does have Boogaloo, Locking, Popping, and miming influences so the possible "fixed point" grabs she does to travel the arm up could entertain the symptoms of turfing, but like I said earlier about Krump, not enough to justify the style. I hope my verbiage makes some sense for you! The camera in the choreo version key framed and followed her arms so it gave a dramatic and theatrical perspective of what she was doing, but the speed is real and she is doing it at that speed! Yay for using her back!

Exo wolf = No. superbowl is basically the crowning jewel of any US artist achievement. Thats where u get the most eyeballs in any form of live event in the US. I am also from the South US and performing in the superbowl is not defined as “lower aim” if you have something considered higher than performing there please let me know i am all ears. Coachella is nothing like a superbowl halftime show. Most advertisers pay millions of dollars just for their 1 minute commercial to show up during the event the only thing u can compare it to is a performance of s Fifa World Cup.

So I personally am not a fan of the Super Bowl for a couple of reasons but I’m More so coming at it from the lens of I really appreciate XG work ethic and intention, that I don’t want them criticized for being different . Call it a mama bear instinct! Not saying they are incapable because I truly believe the opposite! I am also on the boat of I’m very aware of the western entertainment scene ( I will assume you are aware as well coming from a similar background!) and the many corrupt ways of climbing the ladder of popularity, and since they are also so young, I just was vocal about a different side of it all and want to protect them for all their hard work! My apologies if I came across as putting down their ambitions and dreams because that was not my intention.
Regarding the beginning flute sound, I personally think it’s ok to reference what it reminded me of, knowing that it wasn’t sampled or connected in any way. I tried to articulate that I know it’s not the same thing but there is a subtle overlap enough for my brain to think of it, and that is ok.
@@jess_holyfieldI’m from Florida and I totally agree with you. I wouldn’t want to see them at the Super Bowl either. The fans are way too critical, the last 5 Plus years the artists have been ridiculed by the keyboard warriors, why would they want to subject themselves to that. I think Coachella would more suit them because the audience is there specifically to hear music. They were well received at HITC in NY last year. So I would I prefer to stick to venues like that.
