Small HVAC Control Panel Part 2

This second part is wiring and testing the panel. When this panel is in Hand it will run continuously. When this panel is in Auto it will run the program that I have entered. For testing purposes I had the program set to be on for 5 seconds and off for 12 seconds. After testing I changed the Program to be on for 10 Minutes and Off for 2 Hours.
