Mack Headlight Assembly Replacement

How to replace the headlight assembly on Mack trucks with a setback axel ranging from Mack CH600, CH612, CH613 from 1990-2007; CL600 from 1992-1999; CL700 from 1993-2007 with part numbers 25154252 and 25163253. Video shows the tools and nuts needed to be removed to replace the headlight assembly with a new one.

Good video! I think this convinced me to invest in a set for mine. Don’t hardly do any dark driving, but it would look so much better than the original yellowed lights. Drove it in the dark once and it was scary because I could hardly see.

Thanks. I bought a pair of headlight assemblies from Raneys. You won't regret it. I like night driving now. Not being able to see is no fun.

@@BradKemp62 There is a difference between a Silver Dog and a Gold Dog Mack... WE have an old U-600 with a Gold colored Dog on the Hood...... Means the truck is made completely of Mack parts, Whereas the Silver Dog has universal truck parts included......
