You'd think the defense would be up in arms and ready to file a scathing motion if the story of where his stock ticker phone was located those hours made sense within his fractured fable. He claimed to have been glued to it during his stinker of an *altered* timeline he presented in 2022...the *changed* timeline that made no sense whatsoever other than to cast shade on his credibility as a double child homicide defendant. Great look. His phone that he was fixated on didn't show up at all on the geofencing of the trails that started at 12:41. The defense had time to perform their own geofencing around his house from around 1:30 til 4. They are claiming he returned home after he left the trails around 1:30 and yet provided no proof. Stunning. Why did they not have even a blurb in a document drop regarding his phone tending to show his story checks out just fine and was indeed on the trails after all from noon til around 1:30? The defense mentions cell phones so much except for where RA's cell phone's location was from noon til 4. Thoughts?

However, if three other cell phones logged in near the crime scene, Allen should probably have been seen there by other people, closer to the crime scene. His DNA was also not found at the crime scene. However, the DNA of many other people who were there only for a moment was found! Allen is 200% innocent.

She spoke of her grief and deceased brother and spoke vaguely about the unsavory thing that happened with his social media account, so she wasn't beyond sharing. Richard Allen was not beyond sharing on 10-26-22 either when he made what the defense calls a confession even before he was locked up. The defense should have tried for a plea deal back in November of '22 IMO. Dragging this out is disgraceful.

How is asking for a longer trial stalling? The judge refused to set an adequate length for the trial and dug her heels in. With all her experience and tenure, she knows 2.5 weeks, including jury selection, is not enough time for a case that has been investigated for 6 years and has over 100 witnesses filed with the court to appear at trial.
