I really hope Uneekor takes good care of you. I had no idea about being able to move the hitting area OR designate hitting areas for Tee, Ground, and Putt. Awesome stuff, Jay. Thanks.
I was the one who received the help. Thanks again, Jay. Ignite runs perfectly now. I am having some trouble replicating what you did with ignite on refine, so still trying to get it up and running.
Thanks for watching and commenting, Chris. You helped me think of a nice addition to the video! :) We can get you squared away with Refine too no problem. Damn Anti Virus!! Let me know a good time. Just email me. a98cr125@gmail.com
@@GolfSimulatorVideos I wanted to make sure anyone who reads these comments knows it was user error on my part. Jay got my system running on Saturday and I was trying to launch refine incorrectly. Thanks again for everything, Jay.
Thanks Jay. I found that old golf ball dozen boxes broken down make for a good shim under the hitting strip to level it out, rather than pushing it down (which seemed to pop back up). I used a digital level and am wondering how precise it needs to be for accurate readings.
Nice. Yeah I just use a manual level and get the bubbles all in the middle for each section of the board and it works great. Digital could be nice too. As long as completely level you are good. Thanks for watching.
Can you do a video on sticker placement? The set up manual is full of contradictory statements and pictures regarding how to attach the stickers. It would be nice to know how the simulator reads the stickers. I don't think you want the "center" of the face to always be the planar center of the club face. The "center" should be the ideal point on the face for contact. The more loft on the club, the lower that point will tend to be, depending how much forward shaft lean someone has in their swing.
Thank you for this video. I am interested in purchasing an Eye XO but we are considering placing it on a sliding ceiling mount that moves left to right in order to better accommodate lefties and righties. In the video you recommend the "One area mode" but if I wanted to setup two different hitting areas (one on the left side and another on the right side - about twenty inches apart), and calibrate both hitting areas, will that work? (I would just need to move the ceiling mount left and right before each player).
Another antivirus software question - you suggested removing McAfee if it is on the computer. Are you suggesting that other antivirus software will not interfere?
Hey Jay, So I purchased a system thru you and Jeremiah about 2 years ago. Everything has been pretty smooth. However, just the other day I lost internet service and become disconnected from my network settings. I was able to reestablish my connection to the computer. But after I did that my zcam 3 settings turned off and now my launch monitor won't read the ball. I was wondering if you can help me diagnose this. By the way I got the q e d
Great Videos and very helpful. Quick question, my Uneekor View works perfectly, but it wont recognize the ball when I am in E6 software. This POD interface seems outdated as it is for windows 8? Any suggestions? With thx
Jay my unit is not centered. I need to move it about 3" to the right to center it. Is that necessary since you can move the green hitting area? Will it effect the readings if not centered?
It's OK because the heating area has a decent width. It just depends on your preference really. During the calibration it's pretty simple to just move the heating area. It's always nice to start with the unit dead center but it's adjustable.
I could have used this a month ago. Your discussion about moving the hitting area was missing from the Uneekor instructions. Regarding virus protection software, can I assume that after the exceptions have been added it is ok to run antivirus? I turned it all off in hope that it was the cause of the random no-reads with my Eye XO but I didn't notice an improvement. Thanks.
I see here and in previous videos how you overlay the club impact video while practicing or playing tgc. I don’t see how this is done. Am I missing something here? Thanks!
I’m using production software to produce my videos. I don’t consult on that just because so many people try to make videos just like mine. Hopefully you can understand that. Thanks for watching
What does your computer setup look like when you recorded this video? I have a 16GB Ram and i7 Core and EYEXO Tool CRAWLS SO Slowly.. Not sure if you have any ideas as to why that might be. :)
Juuuuuuust a bit overboard LOL. i9 10,900k 128GB ram at 3600mhz RTX 3090 2TB m.2 😀 It's really more about the GPU. Your cpu and Ram are fine. What GPU are you running?
@@GolfSimulatorVideos HOLY CRAP.. Didn't even know that was possible! LOL Makes me feel better than mine doesn't run as seamlessly. QQ - I ran through this process and it was super helpful... however, I am only getting 1 out of 10 shots that are registering in View.. And my calibration settings match what you are showing and what is in Uneekor resource files. Any ideas on direction to turn next? (All antivirus/firewalls are off).
Right now you can only choose the state you want over on the right, but this has been submitted for an enhancement request and there is a full data screen as well. Check this video out to see all of the tabs: czcams.com/video/S6x5qpqF9RU/video.html Thanks for watching!
I have a fiberbuilt 12'' wide strip. I would like to move my "tee area" off to the right and my putting area off to the left. How much hitting area is available? Can you configure 3 different hitting zones?
I’ve just got the Eye XO and purchased the refine software but the refine software either on the driving range or while playing a course seems to be about 20-25 yds short for mid range irons. I changed altitude setting 5000 ft and it doesn’t seem to help at all. Has anyone else experienced this?
If I have a 13 ft wide room, can I set separate driver areas for left and right handed golfers if I want them to both be off-center in opposite directions?

By chance do you have a video for moving your golf studio to a new computer? I have EyeXO and GS Pro and have brand new windows computer to move to

Interesting. Sound PC firewall or antivirus related. I’m sure Jeremiah can take a peek. Just shoot him an email 👍
The small red plus sign is not at the center of the larger red crosshairs on the calibration screen. Did something happen to my sensor or something?
You might just not be able to see it. If you have the two red intersecting lines just use the center. Or do you see no red at all?

You should be good if it’s all in exceptions but third-party software can be different from the windows firewall

There is tee, ground, and putting available. I have not used the multi area much honestly.
Golf Simulator Videos awesome, does multi area work with tgc2019?
@@ey3hack It will never be software specific as the data is just coming from the UNEEKOR native app VIEW and being sent to TGC, E6, GsPro, etc.
