  • The Fine Bros used to be the biggest reaction channel on youtube before the year 2020 when Benny fine would be exposed for wearing blackface in a Shane Dawson video. Then a couple weeks later Benny Fine and Rafi fine would both be exposed for partaking in a weird puppet show that was filled bad stuff, The fine bros fell to a point where they had to sell their channel to Electric Monster Media in 2021 that has been The Complete Downfall Of The Fine Bros AKA React!

There are many different types of trademarks and while it was a very shitty apology video (it didn’t feel like an apology, it just felt like they called people stupid for being angry) I do think lots of people got it mixed up. I remember people titling their videos like ”r e a c t i n g to blank” for a while after the whole debacle because they thought having the word ”react” in a video title would get them copyright striked.

That would be like copyrighting Minecraft let’s plays or the entire genre of Action movies. And what’s worse is, they started copyright striking other channels before they even got the trademark!

Someone like Shane Dawson especially didn’t think too hard about who’d be watching his content either. The black Reactors that participated along with Kennedy in that video were only given 2 or 3 days to get their videos in, and were only offered compensation for their stories after Kennedy outed everything. It was weird to see their blanket apologize over a text post on Twitter, their smallest platform. It’s funny because the whole “Milly” saga was so much worse than even you made it out to be. I remember watching when I was younger because of how edgy it was, but looking back now I remember how gross that content was. They sexualized that puppet in every single video. The puppet was supposed to be an 8 year old girl talking to grown men.
I remember every now and then thinking back on those videos and wondering when they would resurface.

When it all came up again one of the staff members revealed there was still a framed photo of Milly in one of the main hallways, still pride of place sort of thing.

Thanks for the video but it was strange to have the same sepia tinted video footage of just that one interview with the kid from way long ago and your voice over layer on top of that for so many seconds especially towards the conclusion. You need to include a few more video clips or montages to keep it interesting

I'm one of the people that stopped subscribing to them after the React World fiasco. I used to be a supporter of Benny and Rafi: their "All We Know" podcast, their rapid-fire "Spoiler" videos (even got featured on their second channel doing their blooper string and contributed elements to it), and their "Emo Dad" cartoon. The thing that left the bad taste in my mouth was Benny's portion of the apology video. He looked more like a spoiled child that was forced to apologize than an adult being sincere about his intentions. I was so incensed that I blocked their channels on CZcams and all their social media accounts on the platforms I use. I was truly done.

Dang.. I remember BINGING their vids when I found them. I think they only had 20 vids at the time. And then I remember being so excited when they announced teens react especially bc lia Marie was my favorite. Crazy to see how much it’s all changed and how many things have gone wrong

Reaction content is controversial, whether it be on CZcams or Twitch needs to add substance and more information to the content reacting to. That's why professionals adding input and correcting or confirming is more effective. FBE react is just stealing content more than anything.

@@BillsYT I couldn't think of the word for some reason but React channel and Twitch reaction channels like anything to be transformative with the content reacting to.

FBE was more advertising. Companies, etc would pay them to react to their products iirc

Only one min in and is sad. I used to love this channel (just outgrew it) all the faces they showed so far used to be my favorite kids. Kinda sucks to hear how they was treated. I’m not surprised tho.
    Now let me continue
