Meanwhile in NT15: Got beat up from a completely overpowered magician and start questioning life In GT2: Broken arm ,cracked skull ,lying in the hospital I'll call that character development
Character Development really are not always about being strong all the time look at One Punch Man Saitama barely have Character development cause he is too OP and sometimes became boring because he can easily beat all his enemy while his side characters have more CD than him for struggling to be strong and it helps them to add more depth in their characters. Misaka knowing that its not all about science and that there are also other people who have more power/stronger than her is a good example of Char. Dev. she knows that she need to step up for her to help Touma... Wag ka kasing masyadong defensive napaghahalataang insikyur ka eh maybe kasi madami di nagugustuhan character ni Touma kaya ka ganyan 😅🤔
@@antisocialbeing6006 agree, as demonstrated in lv6 shift arc. We saw her character developed in that arc Accelerator pre-nerfed was just a typical sassy lonewolf until the author gave him a proper weakness and exploited on it to develop his character. I'm already impressed with her personallity, i don't really care if she doesn't allways win.
@@antisocialbeing6006 Yes I don't like anime character just because they are stronger. I like them for showing some weakness and try to overcome it, its more appealing to me ( *their character development* ) Its not always about who is the strongest. 🤷🏻♂️
@@antisocialbeing6006 I mean, weakness isn't just about capability to defeat your opponent, if you really think one punch man is boring is because you probably didn't get the lesson that the series try to teach you *SORRY FOR THE LONG TEXT* Saitama's entire character development is mostly about growing as a person, OPM almost screams at you that being the best isn't always a good thing, and if your life doesn't has any difficulty you can lose most of your drive to improve and grow, we see saitama suffer with it, as he no longer find any reason to keep living since he cant grow anymore, he just kinda of exists, his dialogue with King on the second season shows that, he doesn't any motivation now, he feels like he stopped being human and doesn't even has any motivation to seek out to a new motivation because through his entire life he believe that becoming the strongest was what he needed the most, and it becomes even more sadning when you realize that even during the series, he loses even more parts of his humanity, as when the first season begun he still had some things he cared about and still kept making him get out of his bed every morning, like becoming famous, getting money, paying his bills, killing monsters and etc, and as the episodes of first season went, he started to lose those things aswell, he lost his motivation to became famous, fearing that if every one started relying on him to solve everything, the other heroes would lost their purposes just like him. the more it goes, saitama loses a little bit of his humanity every time, struggling to find another reason to keep going, if it isn't become stronger or famous, and he already realized that money isn't gonna be a good drive to him either, then what is it? what is saitama looking for? I keep watching OPM because of that, of course you must have your own reasons to like and watch anime, based off your comment you like the action, and love see people killing each other with magical powers, and you favourite type of development is POWER development, and I get it, seeing a certain character being able to defeat a villain that was stronger than them before is satisfying, but it isn't the only type of development there is, a character growing as in questions of power, personality and reason are all necessary, if a character grows only in power, it can end up just like Dragon Ball Z, a strong villain appear, the main character becomes stronger, defeats the villain, a new even stronger villain appears and defeats the main characters, main characters become stronger and defeat the villain, new even stronger villain appears and defeats the main character... you got the idea, right? what I meant by it is: if there is only power and strengh grow, the show becomes repetitive and boring, heck to aru is so amazing because of chracters like Accelerator and Touma, the 2 that had the most grow as a person in the LN (sadly, the anime literally cutted out all of kamijou's character grow, he already starts as the magical prince in a shining silver armor that help every one without expecting anything in return). [Edit: typo, sorry if there is any grammar mistake, english is my third language]
When a characters ability is in basic terms,to deflect most attack. It kinda no brainer on who’s OP.He’s so powerful that rather than escalating with his character growth they had to nerf him to actually give some sort of stakes.
Don't always put Accelerator in every to aru related vids its about *Railgun* but yeah Accel is op but not in front of Touma. 'Im talking to all Accelerator fans who always brag him. I like Accel too but not to the point of bragging him everywhere its sometimes backfire Accel and annoying too
8:18: She was never stated to be Aleister’s backup plan. The backup plan was Dark Matter & Misaka was used as a way to level up either Accelerator or Kakine.
I think his talking about the 20,000 misaka clones for Accelerator to achieve level 6 cause we all know that the original purpose of the clone are to mass produce powerful espers (radio noise project) but it failed so they re-use it for Accel for them to still be useful
OMG, THANK YOU, I am an EE student and I talk to my friend about the anime all the time. But for the life of me I could not understand why her railgun works or what property made it work, and it is due to the right hand rule. The anime is complete for me thank you
I learned a bunch of different hand rules at... what do you call it? Job school? Anyway, they served different purposes. Their was an alternative to the esteemed right-hand rule with the three fingers, that used the flat hand instead. There were two versions of it, the 'motor rule' with the left hand and the 'generator rule' with the right hand. Then their was another right hand rule to figure out the magnetic polarity of a coil. For magnetic field around a wire we used the 'right-threaded screw rule'. I tried to translate all the rules from German into English properly.
Awesome 😎 dude . How do you know the science part of it anyways? Would really help to get an answer . Is it constant research and how long does it take?
Cause Japanese really like it so why they change it if they can have both. Misaka and Uiharu have the flipphones while Saten and Kuroko have advance Cellphone.
I don't know about you but teitoku kakine's ability seemed very original to me, creating matter that does not exist in the universe until it is created by it, would be like trying to create a frequency that does not exist in the existing tones or a color that is not in the color palette, trying to give an explanation would be very interesting but that is impossible jaja
dark matter exists in the universe, in fact its suspected due to many mathematical formulas that something like 87% of our galaxy is made of dark matter
Ok did the math, a 100 yen coin travelling at 1000 m/s (almost mach 3) has the same kinetic energy as a baseball travelling at 185m/s or a grown man running at you at 30 km/h so actually quite more than I tought. PS if I put the time to stop the coin at 0.001s (almost upon contact) then the pressure it exerts is on the surface is 1600 bar or 23000 PSI.
I love how this series has characters who’s powers are related to science! Makes it much more fun to watch imo
I love these small channels I keep finding talking about the toaru series

Toaru series is my favourite franchies. Its so good. But it is so underrated.
