Assalamu Alaikum. Every time I hear this brother reciting Ayatul Kursi, it touches my heart, and my eyes fill with tears. I thank Allah Subhananu Wa Ta'ala with every fiber of my being for sending the angel Gibreil to teach, befriend, and protect our beloved Prophet Muhammad sallahu alaihi wasallam. Because of Allah's love for us, he sent our beloved Prophet Muhammad sallahu alaihi wasallam to teach me (us), a sinner, weak, and in desperate need of mercy how to follow the path of those Allah swt had favored, not those who had earned his anger and gone astray. Our ummah is blessed every second of every day, and we don't even realize it.
Peace and blessings upon all those associated with the production and dissemination of this beautiful recitation. Amen.
English translation :
Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence.
Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep.
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth.
Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission?
He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills.
His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not.
And He is the Most High, the Most Great.
