Limit simple carbs like white rice and go for complex carbs like wheat roti or Barley roti and red lentils (masoor dal) and white button mushrooms, avoid white sugar, also avoid junk food and fast food eat home cooked in ghee avoid seed oils for cooking like canola, corn, soy, sunflower use ghee in low quantity for cooking Sabji and dal use 1tbso extra virgin olive oil with every meal on top of Sabji avoid tobacco, alcohol, cigarette exercise in morning like pushup, pull-up more like calisthenics and don't go for new age weight lifting like gym calisthenics can be done in home, sleep early at 9:00-10:00 and wake up early and see magic also don't forget to walk for 10-15 mins after every meal
Eat fruits mentioned quran like Pomogranate and watermelob in summers also avoid cold water of fridge and avoid soda like thumps up coca cola they are full of refined white sugar eat 4-5 fruits like Cucumber, Grapes, oranges, Pomogranate, watermelon and more every day
