My mom prepared something similar. Cooked zukes, scraped out and finely chopped. Seasoned with salt, pepper, grated cheese fresh parsley and don't forget the garlic. Now add chopped beef and mix well. Stuff mixture into the "boats", spoon tomatoe sauce on top bake until done.

Buon giorno. Io le zucchine le svuoto ancora crude con l apposito arnese e con la polpa tolta poi la sera ci faccio la frittata. Poi preparo il macinato di vitella condito nel modo classico delle polpette un po più morbido ..riempio poi le nostre zucchine e le compro con la salsa di pomodoro, un po f acqua e olio e metto al forno...
