If you can't afford the Sachtler Flowtechs, then the smallrig freeblazer, sirui svt 75, e-image gh06 are some great alternatives!

having come off of a little 2-day shoot using 2C 70s a C300 and 3 Sachlter tripods let me tell you right now a good tripod is a requirement to doing high quality work at speed however a lot of things that people don't actually see in the Tripod is for example if you're going from tripod to shoulder you're going to want to have a shoulder rig that can clip right into the tripod through another plate that sits on top of the tripods bass plate if possible you're also going to want to get a side loading tripod because side loading tripods are much easier especially if you're going from tripod to straight handheld not to mention the more expensive tripods tend to have higher weight allowances which is crucial especially when you're running a quite heavy 15 to 30 lb setup

gov contract so lots of funds but i was just a free lancer but 1200 for a day and a half no personal gear is good it was mostly interviews and broll so nothing crazy
