I could totally see this being a part of the original game. Maybe these little Bendy's could pop out of the Ink Demon's ink steps and be slow moving, head wobbling enemies. Amazing job!!
This looks really cool.
Ive seen some valentine's animatronics with arms that would be a little better shape and dance wise, (that and/or using styrofoam and polyfill may have made the head a little lighter and avoid the drunken kinda look)
But for what it is, it looks really cool. I like the weathering and ink look to it and over all he looks amazing.
I’m happy bendy is getting attention, I feel like he has not been noticed lately or is it just me. That is amazing! It’s amazing you were able to make that with the materials you used and it is so perfect!
The JOLT when the thing actually started dancing(/singing, I feel like that was the bigger problem XD ), love it :D
It turned out amazing! The side by side at around 7 minutes really shows the difference between the dancing of the animatronic and what I interpret as a slow, but unstoppable shuffle of Bendy (not familiar with the source, I might be entirely wrong qwq )
Either way, again, the weathering might be the skill of yours overall that fascinates me the most, the way you take cleanly made things, and add just the right amount of "wear and tear", and how effective it is blows my mind every time ^_^

Make the speaker play build our machine
So i can recommend for atheticks to use 3d fabrick paint it will give it a glossy look and the thiner fabrick like what they use to use on dolarstore soft body baby dols and some lower grade plushes for it to have beeter movement then you could actually use something like make market vinyl for it trust me it will work better and use something soft like sponge or the fuzzy stuff that xomes off of the plant called cat tails it's a much more mobile soft stuffing it will work a lot beeter than stuffing.
