Apologies for the scratch on my left cheek. Was wrestling with my two kids and they got the better of me 😂

Supplement should come AFTER daily use of good sunscreen and of course the basics (sleep, diet, lifting weights, cardio). I think I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible, anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 18 again, but definitely not 44 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist (Never had jowls though). People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin.

There are 3 good supplements to get rid of wrinkles: A) money B) South Korea C) surger. Take together

  • @MikeMcMulholland

What a rip off, if you buy these separately you can get a 5+ years supply and still have left over money.

  • @angelalopez2003

I started taking hyaluronic acid about 5 years ago, then added collagen peptides 2 years ago, and added B3 a year ago. I'm 58 and my friends and coworkers swear I'm aging backwards, lol

  • @popsracer886

I can vouch for Collagen Peptides. I'm in my late 50's, and since starting them 2mo. ago, currently on my 3rd 32oz container, my skin has tightened up all over my body. I used to be able to pull up the skin on the top of my hands and it would just stay there until I moved my hand or fingers. Today I noticed that I can't even grab that skin any longer, even if I try real hard and get a smidgeon, it pops right back down. I use one small scoop in every drink and I hope to see more results down the road.

It’s fun watching a video recommending all the supplements I’m already taking😊-collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid, and B vitamins. Also, 1 1/2 hours of daily exercise (walking in the woods and dancing, both with music). I’m 71, but feeling pretty good, much better than I did at 50!

  • @mdavid1955

Collagen peptides are derived from animal sources. What is the risk of exposure to animal based pathogens , prions and inflammatory agents, agriculture chemicals,🤔 etc??

  • @meetandinspire

    Collagen peptides

Only if every video on youtube referenced published research like this...would be a different world.

  • @pundaint3177

A data point: I've been doing the last two while getting plenty of collagen in my food for just over a year, and my results are extremely positive. 71 yo male.
