Mine went from 1 to 9am to 11 to 6:45 and I feel quite a bit better. It's nice to get up early and then I start the day with less anxiety and pain.

My ideal bedtime routine would be: having tea at seven, knitting, reading, watching CZcams or anime, drawing till 9:30. At that time, cooking something not too heavy but that I really enjoy like pasta with boiled vegetables sauce or maybe something heavy because I eat like two full plates and a half, like vegetables soup. Having dinner at 10 with my family (sadly we âcanâtâ have dinner without watching TV). After that, washing the dishes, watching TV, brushing my teeth and being with my cats. Doing my night routine: cleaning the piercings in my ears, washing my face, putting on lip palm and cream on my hands. Going to bed at 11:30 and reading before falling asleep (luckily I âhaveâ to reed in order to sleep)
Iâm from Argentina and weâre used to going to sleep late. We would never have dinner at 7. The only time I went to sleep at 8 was when I was 6 years old and I would wake up at 6 or 7 naturally

my bedtime routine starts at 6pm-- I read for an hour, then eat dinner at 7 at the same time spend time w family during dinner chatting so it lasts until around 8:30, then I shower so that's about 9 or something. I journal before bed, look at what I did today, reflect, and plan for the next day. if I still have time, I do yoga or pilates then sleep at 10pm!! sometimes I journal for soooo long and skip the physical part of the routine which is okay, I don't want to be too strict w myself + I'd feel horrible if I force myself to do it so I don't do it if I don't feel like it :) totally enjoyed this vid leah!!

These exist? I should look em up then. Other routines I'd seen seemed to be made more for the feeling types, with even some sensing leaning and as an intp I find them incredibly boring, my brain feels so unused.
you don't know how much I needed this video đ. I usually realize how I've wasted a day at night and get really anxious, night is the time where I am aware and calm. Because I've been working late at night I haven't been taking good care of myself and the morning just flies by with my phone.

you probably wont see this but words cannot explain how motivated u make me just to even live. Like I don't wanna be dramatic but for the last few months I've been so depressed that I couldn't even clean my room or eat without fear, I just sat all day crying on social media but when I started watching u for some reason it seemed like I could do anything I wanted. I love these videos! I've just remembered that I read somewhere that people in the middle ages didn't use to sleep for the whole night in one go - they would actually get up in the middle of the night and do stuff (can't remember what it said they did) and then later go to sleep again. And actually, I've heard some people use this biphasic sleep routine. Idk, would be fun to explore. :)
