i just realised why Leah's vlog is on another level compared to others. Her vlogs just have so much more visuals whereas others have more talking. I've always heard the saying "show more rather than tell" for vlogs but she really took it on a different level. With the prettiness of everything and how raw and real it is. The angles and editing. The overall vibe is just immaculate. It feels nostalgic and real and as if you're watching a short movie

the visuals go along perfectly with the captions she created. this vlog is like a visual representation of her emotions, it's so simple yet jam packed with emotions. it highlights being present and appreciating the things around you, which is something I've also been trying to focus on in these winter months. this is the most relaxing vlog I've watched in a long time and i'm so grateful for that, letting things be the way they are is oh so calming.

Now I understand why as a disabled woman, I've always preferred winter. It's because rest and hibernation is encouraged! It allows me to take time for myself, when in the summer, I feel more pressured to be active. It can be so exhausting, especially with chronic fatigue. Thanks Leah for giving me this new perspective on why I feel the way I do.

I can relate to Andrew! I also struggle talking about my emotions or thoughts, even if I actually want to lol It’s a stubborn trait, but my bf will bug me until I speak up.
it can lead to fights but its not a bad thing! We always learn something new, like how to communicate better or be more compassionate.

somehow whenever you talk about your plan/dream of opening a cafe and b&b with your friends it fills me with so much hope and warmth. i often discourage myself from dreaming 'big' or making certain plans or goals - i struggle a lot with anxiety and depression and a lot of the times it feels like there's no point in even dreaming about something or making plans towards it, because i tell myself i will never get there anyways. i'm trying really hard to 'rewire' my brain and to let myself dream and work towards things and enjoy the process itself, and seeing the way you talk about your dreams and approach life has been really helpful in that :') also, i really appreciated you sharing the moment of confrontation and then better communication/understanding between you and andrew arising from it, thank you for deciding to include this vulnerable and important moment
