in case I was unclear I got my alarm mounted some where what I used was to horizontal velcro strips!!!
I challange you to answer with all the info I proivided below if IOnization alarms are that dangerous why does the md fire marshal wants to refuse to expalin to the people that only photo electric should be use because it will detect both smoldering and flaiming fires safely and he want to refuse to explain that ionization alarm should not be used alone if they may fail during a smoldering fire scenario???? he claims there is no justiable reason to ban he may be right but he also refuse to change the legislation to warn people under which conditions a product may fail and claims its safe even though it has been explained for years it may fail during smoldering fires and yet he still want to claim its a safe product !!! than really if he thinks it s as safe as he claims I would challange him to do the IAFC full scale smoke alarm test from 1980 similiar to the gma test below with out SCBA its as safe as he claims he will not be edangering any one and since he supposed to be a protector of the public I even challange him put his own children in that room if its has safe as he claims he got no risk of danger but look at those videos they ionization alarm may not be as safe as previous claims would have you belive ! my Newphw 8 years old understand there is a problem yet the fire marshal 56 does not it seems can you provide me an explaination why as I said look at gma test below can you provide me any reasonable explanation why some one should claim an ionizatoin is safe in a smoldering fire scenario did you know almost 100% of U.S home s Have ionizaition only about 10% have photo electric and remember the combo? when you mix clear water with muddy water you still have muddy water the other problem with combo is actually court case stated it is not a safer alternative to ion or photo I try to enclose here : caselaw.findlaw.com/court/al-supreme-court/1746520.html
Tried it with Velcro on my alarm board you can see on my channel but no vid with the velcro. I use screws because of the ease of installation

here you will find this video very interesting in case I was unclear I am not saying dont have smoke detectors I am saying dont have defective smoke detectors here is the report from Gma : also did you know md law requires 10 year smoke alarms and the md fire marshal report excludes evidence to support that claim I read the report and I get the conclusion that photo electric is better no where does it mention any thing about 10 year alarms in fact the CDC came out with a report that states 10 year alarms do not last 10 year the MD fire marshals office is a disgrace they are to lazy to get of thier Keisters and go to the CPSC in bethesda to Get national evidence that a product they claim is safe is flawed I have tried to complain for about 3 years that they mislead the public by saying a dangerous alarm is safe there is adequate scientific evidence to prove this I even managed to get a signed document from a member of the smoke alarm committee that it is allgedly criminally negligent and or a felony to provide misleading information about how safe a device is !!!! they are misleading people that a certain type of smoke alarm is safe when they know it is not there answer when ever asked is they suppoort the findings of the fire protection aassoication while that sound reasonalble I show them a finding from the fire protection association that say a product is dangerous under certain condtions and they refuse to warn the people under which conditions it may fail I see you are making statements Here but I think you are failing to understand how these perform in fire scenarios a test simialar to the one I am about to enclose here was done by my former bussiness consulatnt who is now on the smoke alarm committe he helped get a certain type of smoke alarm mandate in the state he was previously employed in as a fire fighter please see the following video and I challnage you to answer the fire marshal want to say that ionization altarms dont need to be ban but if that is the case i challange you to answer me if it as safe as you claim than why did Nathan Merecer have to bust through the wall of his duplex to rescue his chilidern it a national issue many people claim ionization alarms are safe but it scitifcally proven they are not its been my expereicne trying to ask for change for years it seems no one ( or very few are really instrested in improving leglistlation ) again I will challange you to answer me the MD Fire marshal official position want to claim Ionization alarms are ok in smoldering fire but why dont you look at this video from gmA :czcams.com/video/9k-EgjYEIgg/video.htmlsi=6k1HLrv16NyopGHJ and actually there is a doucmentary that was able to be made about how defective ionization alarms are the manf actually did not want this video shown but a lawyer took a chance and uploaded it : czcams.com/video/i-Wmf3RjJqM/video.htmlsi=8YTRZSf5MW8kR_2u again I will say the md fire marshals office is made up of individuals who do not care about public safety I really which they would attempt to take me to court for slander because it is illegal to make fraudulent statements in court and I can back up the statements I have made they make statements but have no proof to back up the statments they make are scientifically vaild !! again they want to claim that there is no justifiable reason to ban ionization alarms but they are an embarassment to the state of md because they argue they support the findings of the nfpa Well do you not know the MD has The govt building fire reserach lab which is a member of the nfpa thay state the smoke alarm the FD FM claim they claim there is no justifiable reason to ban the ionization has stated it may fail in smoldering fire scenario if you decide to listen it been my expereicne that I could have died if I had relied on information provided by the md fm they needlessly exposed me to a dangoerous situation thats not the mark of an organization that thinks public safety is important its to bad I can t die than come back to life if there were a way to do it I coulld have had them probably charged with a felony so you say my comments are very corrosive it may be true but again I have in writing may time they say there is no justifiable reason to ban ionization alarms but they ignore that fact that the IAFF has 300,000 members represneting about 85 % of the population has stated the product is dangerous they ignore that again

ps i dont know what I said before but I found that the smoke alarm I mounted sticks I think it works better with using 2 velcro strips any way please check out my comments below about whats smoke alarms are safe in which scenarios the decision you make may effect your final decsion as not all smoke alarms are created equall and the below links show they may not perform they way you exepct them too !
Note : I really do wish they would take me to court for slander as I can back up the statments I have made. the statments they claim they make about what is effective is not supported by scientific facts I dont think the court likes when frauduent statement are made I think the reason they are brave enough to make fraudulent statments is no one want to take them to court I as said if I got them in court the claims they make could be proven fraudulent !!!!
