A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch that sent 53 Starlink satellites into orbit at 5:42 a.m. Friday left some News4JAX viewers scrambling to get photos of the unexpected object in the sky.
This thing freaked me out so badly this morning while driving A1A in Ponte Vedra. Initially I thought it was either a comet or a ballistic missile. Coolest thing I’ve ever seen.
@@djbeezy ok. I just did my research and saw that they launch at an angle to give higher vertical velocity but I guess wat baffles me is the extent of how long and far it remained horizontal. Idk 🤷🏾♀️. Interesting stuff. And on top of that what was the occasion? I appreciate ur insight tho
That was the slowest rocket launch I've ever seen and it looked like a spot light that was slowly falling I lost sight of it when it went down below the tree's 🤔 it appeared out of know where and started going down if it's a rocket launch why was there no trail from the ground to the sky?
How? when this literally proves the firmament. Think of a speedboat leaving behind its wake on the water - That rocket was skimming the 'waters above' Wernher von Braun, the father of NASA rocketry has on his gravestone Psalms 19.1 "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork". I reckon it's YOU with the migraine.
A picture IS worth a 1000 words, but moving pictures are worth so much more. That rocket was skimming _"the water above."_ Why is the *news* too scared to show what looks like a speedboat on water??
They scratching the firmament
Sure we know that’s spacex hitting the firmament

So the launch was horizontal and not vertical???
Yes. You need horizontal velocity to stay in orbit.

The trail from the ground to the sky wasn't high enough to catch the predawn sunlight coming from beyond the horizon.
@@RealTechZen == EXACTLY.
I saw it this morning in the Miami area. I was working intensely I didn't take any pictures. I never saw any of the Space Shuttle launches from here.
My hubby got some nice pics this morning at regency homedepot. Awesome. ^.^
The fact that people still freak out over this and have no idea what it is boggles my mind.
What is it
Why just pictures show the launch
Giving flat earthers migraines.

She said, "A picture is worth a thousand wrds." Gee, did she make up that?

Tomorrow morning's predawn launch is timed to put on an even bigger show than this one.
Really not sure what any of this has to do with Ukraine but ok
