Honestly I don’t get the impression that he likes woman but I could be wrong and secondly why would they fire him for learning to much? I’m in operations management and we love people who cross trains in other areas and can do more but still pay them the same wage. You become an asset to the company not necessarily a liability unless you messing up in some way.
