How to set up a Ferroli boiler

- Press reset until" ts" then let go
Press reset and let go till p01 appears
Bottom + and - scrolls the parameters
Top + and - let's u see the value ....and to adjust the value of that parameter
Parameter 1 = ignition pressure % (20-25)
Parameter 2 = ramp rate 2 0r 3
Parameter 5 = temperature Set point °c
Parameter 6 = output % (needed requirement)
Parameter 8 = delay after hotwater for heating (10 secs
Parameter 11 = pump overun ,10 secs
Parameter 12 = hotwater output 85%
Note "Gas rate" boiler first to get correct readings gas pressures and temperatures for the bench mark book .....then adjust the parameters to suit the system and requirements .
Thanks for you easy to understand videos. I moved house to find a ferrol boiler. I soon found that the buttons were the wrong way round on mine! Once I'd worked that out, with your help I've reset my boiler a few times. The reset button doesn't reset though on mine😂🤣quite a challennge

Hello thank you I followed just what you did and it works fore perfectly.... The water 💦 is hot but I needed to also fix the heater please I want you to redo a video on how to fix the heater.....I called the technical man they ask about 100euro to fix it
I've set it up properly now but I still get lukewarmish water; also, if I use hot water for 20 mins then stop it and then start it up again, I get even colder or just plain cold water. Another issue is the bathroom sink doesn't even start the boiler at all for hot water, the request doesn't "register".
Did I mess up the settings? Could it be about pressures or compensation curve/curve offset? (maybe a good idea to make a video on those regardless if that's the case for me or not?)

Hi Dave any chance of get the parameter list, got a 26c just change the pcb and its crazy all over the place
P11 is showing 00 and the highest I can go is 05. Everything is else is okay. I have the Ferroli DOMIcondens HE 26 C. I have a fault code of f34 which means not enough voltage flashing. 1st it was f37 which meant low water pressure which has been resolved. Could this be anything to do with settings? I appreciate the help. This happened after my power supply went off.
Hi, I have a ferroli domicondens he 26c. Can you tell me how old it is? We just moved into a new house and we have this boiler. I;m not sure how reliable and worth to change to a newer one. Thanks, Joe

You don't need to set up that model... It's only because the heatexchanger is smaller in the one shown ... If anything change parameter 17 to zero on the modena for the hotwater delay .so the heating comes on quicker

I did all the parameters you said and it worked great but soon after the water Is not that hot anymore. It only rise up to39 c and then drops down again to 34 c. What is the reason for that?

Hi... please help.. my smart portable themostat needed new batteries and now the manual setting i used to use has now gone haywire... the boiler keeps flashing sporadically and only stops when i press reset on boiler but its happening a lot... i cant get heating to come on ( as i do not want a programme) i want to do manually as and when needed. I have manual for heating settings but still boiler flashes arrrrhhhhhhhh

Hi there, I have Optimax 38c and I have not been able to find any source of information anywhere on these settings codes description and what the defaults are. Even ferrolli company is ignoring me. Any suggestions?

Depends on the model u have f40 is normally that the pressure is too high ..

It depends what euroterm model u have ...if it's a e27 or e32 then u dont need to adjust them

@@jnrshane that model you have has a large heatexchanger...and it's set at 80 % anyway for output . The one in the video has a really small heatexchanger which is prone to problems if it's not set up correctly.

Do you have a similar video for T-ONE 30C HE?
There is no real adjustment that need doing on that model boiler . The adjustments on this boiler on the video actually save leaks on the heatexhanger if it's only on a very small system.
There is a video of how to use a ferroli boiler . The buttons mean the same it's just they are arranged slightly different
The boiler works fine in the winter. But in the summer when the heating isn't on, the hotwater just goes cold after a while and the flame just keeps going on an off.
And my error code is f34 ☹️
How do switch off heater on boiler just need hot water
If u have a clock u should be able to turn it off ...or try turning the temperature down to minimum on a wall roomstat or on the boiler temperature button turn to minimum ... Note certain boilers have diverter valves and it could be passing and heating up the radiators when u use a tap .

Fh isn't a fault code ... It's the set up procedure maybe when the power is turned off or u had a fault and it's reset itself.
