Hey guys, this is a really cool (Quicksilver) super speed VFX/ special effect. To make it I used Adobe After Effects CC and the CC Force Motion blur effect (from effect library) and applied it to sped up parts of the video where I am running. To speed myself up I used the Time Stretch tool that is in built in with After Effects.

Hey, what's up! I used Adobe After Effects to edit the video. I isolated the clips where I was running, used the Time Stretch Tool to speed it up, and then applied the CC Force Motion Blur effect to the sped up clips. I also made sure to turn on motion blur for all layers. Film Riot has a great tutorial on the Quicksilver Super Speed Effect as well and Film Learnin' has a great one for the Flash.
