@32Ranking - If you think what Brian Blade is playing is easy then post a video of yourself playing. Brian uses his virtuosic ability to play with incredible finesse and at times intensity. He does this while always listening carefully to everyone else and adding tasteful colour, texture and rhythm to help make everyone else sound better. That is not easy - it's the work of a master.
