- DISCLAIMER: This is old, outdated and has a lot of inaccuracies! I'm in the process of remaking this, so until then, this'll have to do.
Rainbow Road from Mario Kart DS, restored to its highest possible quality using the original instrument samples (where applicable/possible).

Listening to this...
It's made me cry.
*_I'm home._*
Thank you.
Very well done wish this track was included in mariokart 8 deluxe.
Hey there, we are wondering if we could have your permission to use your restorations in a free fan made Mario Kart game. Of course, we will provide credit. Your opinion would be heavily appreciated. Thanks.
Of course! I'm in the middle of recreating these restorations (they have quite a bit of mistakes), so you can use these ones until the new ones are out.
Vibrato is quite too strong in some instruments
I'm guessing you mean the synth lead in the second part of the song since it's the only one that has vibrato added. Yeah, there's a lot wrong with this and many of my other restorations, mainly with pitch accuracy and mixing, and I'm currently trying to rectify these issues with newer renditions.
@@splodesvault it's ok. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I just felt like giving the advice. Keep up the work! There's not enough people doing this kind of stuff.
Try Figure 8/Mario Circuit!
I completely overlooked the Circuit theme holy crap! Definitely gotta look into the samples used in that one, if I can get em' all, I can get it out in at least a day from now.
hey i think this is missing the main violin
If by violin you mean the strings, it's there, but the sample compression on the DS makes it sound way different than the actual sample. If you're not talking about the strings, I guess you mean the trumpet that strangely sounds like a violin? It's there too layered behind the lead in the first part of the song.
@@Splode1well i mean specifically the lead string that should play notably at 0:23 but is absent throughout the whole piece
if it is there then i can’t really hear it behind everything else
@@everardogarcia6047 huh, i see what you mean now. i'm gonna look back again and see if it's there in the project file.
@@splodesvault In the original tune, it's panned to the right, and plays mostly long continuous notes
