It is a very nice home and great design. No HOA do save you $$. For this model you are talking about $1.1 million before lot premium, upgrades, and back yard. What you see here is likely $600,000+ over the base price. For more modest upgrades and backyard design you are looking at $300,000+ so the final cost for this home would be $1.5 million likely which is fine but once you drive a couple blocks down the hill you are looking at a $600,000 neighborhood. Their other subdivision Oakcrest is a much better neighborhood that in my opinion more justify the cost. But then everyone has different thoughts so it’s just my opinion 😁

Its basically $1,000,000 for that backyard and a little bigger and modernized house. Those bedrooms are way too small for a million dollar house. I guess it will fit someone's taste anyway

The garage is attached to the house. There's door access from garate to the home. Unfortunately, a lot of Model Home will lock the door to the garage.
Next time I will pay attention to that, and will try to include it...:))

Most of my clients coming from Bay Area, ended up in Rocklin, for the School Disctrict.

Who is this for? I can't see a family living here. The yard design is completely impractical. The finishes are meh. Why are there so many plantation shutters? The bedrooms are so small for having almost 4000 sq ft of space. So disappointed in this home's design.
