Great question! The full tax rate is 1.172709, the special assessment is approximately $589/month. The actual number depends on the square footage.
Wouldn’t pay more than $600-700,000 for anything in that area. Way too much.
Good thing we have a ton of inventory within that price range! Lets book a time to go over a plan for you.
Over priced!! Toll Brothers has goes down hill - especially with the crap they build in Porter Ranch in the Valley

@@josehermosillo6127 got it. When I am showing a home usually I am dead silent. The house does the talking and I point out negatives and points of friction, which is my job. Here it’s a little different, I am being descriptive to give my perspective. So you prefer I show the home completely, then talk about it? Not attacking or anything, just want to get better.
