I live in Canyon Country for the last 14 years it be very good place to raise my family
Canyon country is great! I have family there
I have lived in CANYON COUNTRY for Two years and I SOOOOOO LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT !!! 😊
Looks like I’m doing canyon country next!
Great info. Thank you.
Santa Clarita is a good place to live, but what isn’t good is the price for a house lol
Sorry I missed this comment! Yea it seems like the prices are higher but on avg/sqft Santa Clarita is $100+ CHEAPER than all of LA county. The thing is, you get more square footage, the more you get, the more you pay.
Moving out of here after living here since 1990. It USED to be a great family bedroom community, but now it’s getting crowded and all the great family-owned businesses and small, quaint bistros and shops have been replaced by big box stores, unoriginal chain restaurants and drive thrus. The nice roomy homes are being drowned out by cookie-cutter houses built on top of each other and now low-income housing that has brought cockroaches and homeless issues as well as a traffic nightmare. The city is also getting woke. Time to go 👋🏻
Been living in Canyon Country for 3 years. I love living here.
I’m glad! Canyon country is great. Are you at skyline?
@@theveteranagent I live in the Canyon Village condos. Crossglade n Soledad.
@@anthonyalonzo1990 right next to b dubs! I wouldn’t be able to handle it. I’d be there every day. I’m close to Wingstop in Newhall, and sometimes I have to force myself to stop.
Great info!
Great content, as always I really appreciate you.
Best thing of it for me was the explanation of the vibes in there , and introduction of Different places like gym, shopping and entertainment centers , restaurants , man i love this video.
Of course im waiting for more , like Walking around and showing us and talking on places and homes. Again , Tahnk you a TON
Thank you so much! I’m glad it was helpful and there will definitely be more content like this coming soon!
@@theveteranagent sure , Nice
I love Valencia!
Especially Six Flags!
It’s great out here!
There is a community being built right behind six flags called five points, it’s awesome.
Great video brother! Please mention Castaic too as a place to consider 👍
Will do!
I'm an LA kid living in Seattle. I want to move back to So-Cal and Santa Clarita sounds amazing.
It is really great! But make sure to take a look at my pros and cons video. I am making an updated version for next week as well.
I hope to be able to help you when you get here!
Hows life in Seattle ?
@@nancy3648ify expensive, dirty, rainy in the winter, fires in the summer, lots of traffic and tolls, not very desirable any more.
@@danlandeck6974 well come back to Cali .
Take a shot every time he says heee-orrr
I have some cousins that live in Santa Clarita. But for high school they come here at Granada hills charter high school
It's too crowded now and insane housing prices
The traffic is an issue and they definitely need to do more with the infrastructure. Shopping is pretty bad. But they are bringing a lot more stores to five points so that it’s a little bit more controlled. In regards to housing prices, Santa Clarita is $100 less per square foot. It’s just that the homes available out here have more square footage. Hence the higher price.
Heyyyyyy I live in Valencia
Okay sorry but all the cop’s they move to Waco Texas aurora and Azusa and my husband have horrified accident and 405 south loose memory handicap for 18 months he’s a miracle
Valencia is great!
valencia esta en españa
hi, tell me the price for 4bedtroom with pool please.
As of right now with limited inventory, a single-family home with a pool and 4+ bedrooms goes for as low as $830,000 and as high as $1,500,000. $1.5 mil gets you a 3000+ square-foot home on a 11,000 square-foot lot at the summit, absolute premium property.
Hello, is it expensive lifestyle here???
Thanks 🌞🌞🌞
Hey! Valencia is a bit more expensive, yes. If you prefer to have a less expensive lifestyle and still live in the area, I recommend a Newhall or Canyon Country.
@@theveteranagent 💚💚💚💚
@@nancy3648ify let me know if you have any other questions 👍👍
Scv is cool but after 10+ biggest problem is the people here lol
This remind me that paul walker got killed in car crash in valencia california 😢
Thanks Danny, it sounds like not a fun place to live for gay guys. Do you happen to know a more gay, nearby location for those working in Valencia who don't want to commute all the way from LA? Thanks!
Ill be honest, not something I had considered.
Because Santa Clarita is getting more diverse and Californians are so accepting already it may not be an issue. But I dont have the perspective to tell you which way to go.
I have no concern about acceptance, it's really about being somewhere enjoyable. Thanks for your quick reply!
Traffic sucks tho 😂
You’re right! The traffic is not fun. But traffic in the valley is not any better, I prefer better timing when it comes to driving rather than having to deal with anything in the valley.
It’s way too expensive, they tryna sell 1200 sq ft homes for 800k lmao
It’s where ppl want to be! 🤷♂️
Great content, but please delete this. It’s way too crowded here😂
😂😂
I don’t like Santa Clarita I have to house in downtown say a bout de crime because I leave close he’ll no the neighbors in downtown los Ángeles is better and my husband is a retired police officer and the traffic horrible
I’m glad you enjoy where you live!
