    Hi this is Abha Sharma I'm trying to loose weight but I'm stuck on 71 kgs i only take one teaspoon of plam sugar in my morning tea i don't take sugar other than this I'm a complete vegetarian i don't even eat eggs, but I'm taking oziva pro collagen in my green smoothie in my snack time n i do weight training in evening post workout i take my oziva protein in water , i am not even eating white rice and wheat chapati i also do fasted cardio in morning but after loosing 5 kgs my weight is stuck , i can't leave morning tea

    Sir, weight loss ke liye for all sets only light weight use karna hai or else, per every set weight increase karna hai?. And GYM schedule jo hai single muscle train karna chahiye for 5 days as you said in your previous videos. Mere trainer ek dhin mey 2 muscles train karvathe humse. For example: Monday= Chest+BIcep.
