That made me kinda sad. I am an atheist and grew up with atheists parents. So I don’t care about religion and I am happy how my parents raised me but Brit was always that girl who finds so much support in her believe and God. It really has to be hard for her to let go of her believe.

My heart aches for britney. especially that last part about her not believing in God because of the pain she’s experienced in her life. I was just watching a sermon titled *”Here feels __ // Here is Holy”* which illustrates why what brit believes isn’t true. 7 speakers came and shared their pain and life stories, but there was one soft spoken blonde woman, who came and talked about the pain of motherhood. The pain of seeing your son go through something (whether manipulation from their father or illness or even passing away) and how many people would categorize this pain as punishment. *They would say “well if i went through all this, this has to be to punish me. no God who loves me would let me experience this”.* The message completely illustrates and explains the pain britney is going though, and it’s from someone who looks like she could be britney’s daughter in another life.
Painful experiences aren’t punishment, and letting those events destroy your faith is letting them (our abusers. in this case of brit, her ex husband and her parents) win. Britney is stronger than she’s been in so long, because of all she’s been though and all the worldwide support she’s gathered *because* of all she’s been through, her voice is finally free, she’s making her own decisions. I mentioned she has been in therapy for 14 years but actually from her request to the judge she still sees a therapist. It could be she finally has a therapist who feels her hurt and has given her confidence to finally speak out after all these years. We say 14 years but actually the control started when she was just a little girl. Talk about her kids trauma-what about the trauma she had to deal with her father being an alcoholic and abusive to her mother. She’s just now beginning to speak her mind at 39 years young. She’s got many good years ahead if she can start a new life. She faired much better than Elvis or Whitney and Michael Jackson just to name 3 examples. At least they didn’t have their kids taken away from them too! She’s only had 8 months to make personal decisions and she’s doing better everyday. It just confirms how much she loves them and how she kept battling through everything for them. The kids just don't understand and this is not their fault. Part of being a teenager is growing up to be independent and thinking of others instead of only yourself. Changing this mindset is difficult without the proper guidance. It seems like they have grown up in an environment that has not encouraged this and they are completely alienating their mum. I have close friends and family that have lost their mum. Even as an atheist, I still find expressions of faith from a place of love to be a beautiful thing, and one of my favorite songs of hers if "Someday (I Will Understand)." I always find it so beautiful how she talks about seeing God in her children in the chorus. And now to see her turn away from her faith not because of logic or reasoning, but because of all that's been done to her...just absolutely heartbreaking.
I am pretty sure at the end, she will realize God's whole plan. I understand her totally in this situation..any human will feel this way..but God really works differently. Britney being in a conservatorship does not mean she’s perfect. Her sons have the right to express themselves, just because it’s not overtly positive doesn’t mean they have turned their backs on her.
I didn't even know that her son's were against her. Not really surprising that her ex (who is a nobody) brainwashed the kids, probably told them a bunch of lies since they were toddlers, probably told them that their mother didn't want them or didn't care about them. Maybe that's one of the reasons why she wants to have another child because the one's she already has are completely under her ex husband's control. Hopefully when they get a little older they will realize that Britney wasn't really the problem, everyone around her including her own family were the problem and tried to paint Britney out to be "crazy" but she isn't crazy, she was driven crazy by her family and they are just sour that she is finally free from basically being held hostage in a way. I’m completely heartbroken for this beautiful woman. I’ve struggled financially my entire adult life as a single mother. At times working 3 jobs to give my child everything children with 2 parents had. Lack of money has almost always been my main source of stress. BUT after hearing this, I’m grateful for EVERY financial struggle I’ve ever had, because at the end of the day I still have love, my family, and my freedom. Money has turned the most important people in her life into monsters. I’m so incredibly saddened for her.

It's never the nicest to hear a Mother talk about her children in such an intimate way, however I really feel Britney's lonelines and yearning here. If I could say anything it would be that I hope she can live in her own peace and strength in her new life, and if such times come that her kids and her can feel OK together, then that will be the bonus. I used to struggle with this. Why does God let bad things happen to good people? There is an essay by the man who wrote the Narnia books, C.S. Lewis, titled “The problem of pain.“ He was raised Christian but lost his faith as an adult. His good friend and fellow Oxford professor JRR Tolkien (Who wrote the Hobbit and Lord of the rings) had many deep philosophical conversations. Tolkien was a devout Catholic and C.S. Lewis then decided to return to Christianity. The Narnia series is inspired by the Bible. I hope you find the healing you need. 🙏🧡💐🌤

No one can get mad at Britney about this. Remember, Kevin started this by making family matters public. Britney is protecting herself by speaking out. I’m so happy she can have a voice and a say this time around. I’m just sorry all of these things have made Britney stop believing in God. I’m not even religious and I find that so heartbreaking.
I think many people question and can’t understand why things happen. I know myself I have seen many suffer from cancer or the most kind, caring, loving people die suddenly in a car crash and you ask why?? My thoughts were they were taken to heaven early but I still don’t have an answer why genuinely, exceptionally good people have to suffer or go through trauma. I guess we all have to work out the reason for these things. But I can certainly understand her questioning her faith. She will find her way-I do believe that. For another example if your child was murdered and the person who did it-gets put to death or life in prison-the parents always say-but that doesn’t change the fact my child is dead…It doesn’t take their pain away. I think Britney has been in a state of no control over herself and she’s finally finding her way but is truly so hurt that what she’s always wanted was her kids-she has to get over that last hurtle with the outcome unknown at this point.☮️

This is so sad all around. My heart is broken for her and I can't imagine what it feels like to have your children, who you absolutely love and adore and were all you ever wanted, be turned against you like this. The pain she must feel is inexplicable. But I also feel bad for her boys who only ever knew the conservatorship and were brainwashed against her since they were toddlers. It's not their fault either and I hope, just like Britney found freedom, that they'll find independence and be able to have their eyes opened to at least be able to consider her side as well. Listening to Kevin do that interview I *almost* believed his act in the beginning but the more he spoke the more obvious it became that he was playing a role that was 100% self serving. It made my skin crawl by the end. All of it was BS and he used those boys as his meal ticket, not caring at all if he ripped them away from their mother in the process. He pretends he stayed out of it all but he had a massive incentive to make sure it kept going and a massive incentive to make sure those boys stayed with him and away from their mother. His innocent "I've turned the other cheek" act is sickening and how he defended her father while we know he kept asking for more and more money throughout the years and has never had to work a "real" job a day in his life since he got Britney pregnant is nauseating. I feel for both Britney and her sons. We don't know what those boys have been through and I'm sure it's been a lot and more than any child should have to endure but they've also unfortunately been raised around snakes who were quick to use them to benefit from their mom. Ugh, it's so sad all around. 😔
Oh absolutely. His version of events is a fabrication. He colluded with her parents when they were ready to make her their meal ticket - he her his meal tickets too and poisoned her sons against her and spoiled them.
Those boys adore their dad because KFed never had to work or do anything but provide love to those kids. The boys seem like they have been raised well, but they have no understanding that their mother never abandoned them. They were taken from her and given to KFed. I will NEVER understand this. She wanted those boys, she wanted the whole fairy tale of family. She loved KFed, but he was the one out partying and cheated on her. Her world fell apart during the split, but only Britney was looked at as a bad mother for going out and partying. Federline was out spending money, drinking, drugs, etc., but the court ruled him the more responsible one. It was only because the media hounded Brit and everyone loves to see a shining star fall. KFed and her dad have worked together for years to keep the media believing Britney is mental. She's never been mentally ill, no different than the rest of society. I think she never fully matured because of the conservatorship and all that she's been through over the past 15 years or so. Plus being with a much younger man who may be a good guy, but he's immature as well. He doesn't seem to be a good influence on her to mature. Britney never really got to be a father to those boys. Not her decision. No way would she ever abandon them. She would have given up her career and everything to be a mom and wife. She valued family and God. Now - I think she is just broken with no real values. I think KFed is looked at as a good father because he provides a lot of love to the kids, does fun stuff together as a family, and has a million kids, so lots of family /fun/ love. But he denied the kids the truth and their mother. For this, I will never respect him. I think he was raised well, and has a good family who loves him, so a lot of support and the foundation to be a good person. He believes he's a good person, but he will never admit or understand that he used Britney and continues to use her. He will always be wealthy because his boys will always give him Britney's money even after they turn 18. Britney will never cut them out, but her fortune is small these days given all the people feeding off it for years and the lawyer fees. My one big advice for Britney is to talk to her lawyer and get off social media. No more nude photos and no more hate towards her family online. She has a book deal. Put it in the book. If all is already said on social media, no one will have interest to buy the book.
i thin they just want to step back because their teens wanting to make choices- the teens will always rebel against whatever structure is in place, and the shittier the timing the more it feels like it's personal but it's just that age. She loves them and they love her, and im sure with time and support they will be all together again but they may have to grow into independent stable men before they feel like they can choose to see her. Who knows what they must feel like growing up within what was going on.

So true! People who never struggled or faced growing up in an abusive household will ever understand how it continues to effect those who have. I’ve seen so many people leave nasty comments about Brit on I.G and it’s sickening. This is a woman who faced so much abuse from being a minor herself all the way to adulthood. Sure her sons are minors too but Britney has been working since she was a lot younger than them supporting her alcoholic father and pill popping mother. She's so resilient and such a strong person, but there's only so much a human being can take. So much is being piled onto her. That's exactly how I feel right now. Her strongest base throughout all those horrific years was God. And the anger you can hear even in the softness of her voice, is primal to me. (I've experienced isolation through parental guardianship myself). Once you get out your definitely not free :( coming to terms with your own life and autonomy when your finaly free is the tip of the iceberg. What comes next is a whole lot of anger and sadness and despair, finding out everyone has talked about you ,losing a family you wanted to love you so bad..., kids are alienated from you... I really am concerned about Britney, survivors like her generally give no notice when they take their final leave :( I'm not saying it's going to happen, but I'm not saying it couldn't. I TRULY TRULY hope Britney can find some sort of peace down the line. I think the one good thing in this sound byte tho, is that she does have that fight, and a new gained confidence in her autonomy. I was thinking the same thing. I know she is a strong woman and is still getting stronger, but as you said, she is human and there is only so much a person can take. I hope she gets well and seek professional help, if needed. I don’t want to see any more horrible things happen to her because she brought joy into our lives, she deserves to have some of her own. This is also not how teenage sons should be treating a mother. In 1914 and 1939 boys their age were dying on the battlefield in the name of honour. Britney was robbed the chance to raise her sons with her own values and guidance. This is the result of that, it's messy but it may be necessary.

I watched the 60 mins interview the other day and all I could think about was the utter disrespect and ungratefulness while they sat there in that lavish house that Britney bought. The beautiful furniture, fireplace, swimming pool and that piano he was playing on all bought by her while their dad sits there living his life freely, not working and raising a new family as well on her hard earned money. So sickening that they couldn't support her unconditionally and that lame excuse that her son gave for not attending her wedding because she didn't invite the rest of the family was disturbing. How could he possibly be expecting her to do that after all they have done to her?

we're all surrounded by trauma but if there's anyone here in the comment section that can relate to Britney is me. in and out of psych wards, having my sister call ambulance on me, mad because I had 4 lawsuits and didn't give them shit and they turned their back, they used me, abused me, in my area as a gay guy I couldn't avoid not getting attention and ended up having a nervous breakdown and on medication for panic attacks. My mom abused me, my father was shit. I also did so much for my family. This shit will break you and people like Britney and me are broken and need love. My heart aches for britney. especially that last part about her not believing in God because of the pain she’s experienced in her life. I was just watching a sermon titled *”Here feels __ // Here is Holy”* which illustrates why what brit believes isn’t true.
7 speakers came and shared their pain and life stories, but there was one soft spoken blonde woman, who came and talked about the pain of motherhood.
The pain of seeing your son go through something (whether manipulation from their father or illness or even passing away) and how many people would categorize this pain as punishment. *They would say “well if i went through all this, this has to be to punish me. no God who loves me would let me experience this”.*
The message completely illustrates and explains the pain britney is going though, and it’s from someone who looks like she could be britney’s daughter in another life.
Painful experiences aren’t punishment, and letting those events destroy your faith is letting them (our abusers. in this case of brit, her ex husband and her parents) win. Britney is stronger than she’s been in so long, because of all she’s been though and all the worldwide support she’s gathered *because* of all she’s been through, her voice is finally free, she’s making her own decisions.
I wish you all to watch the video i’m talking about, the part that would bless britney so much and anyone else that’s going through a painful experience, it starts at 39:16 . If it blesses you, which i know it will, I hope we can all get britney to see it somehow.

I mentioned she has been in therapy for 14 years but actually from her request to the judge she still sees a therapist. It could be she finally has a therapist who feels her hurt and has given her confidence to finally speak out after all these years. We say 14 years but actually the control started when she was just a little girl. Talk about her kids trauma-what about the trauma she had to deal with her father being an alcoholic and abusive to her mother. She’s just now beginning to speak her mind at 39 years young. She’s got many good years ahead if she can start a new life. She faired much better than Elvis or Whitney and Michael Jackson just to name 3 examples. At least they didn’t have their kids taken away from them too! She’s only had 8 months to make personal decisions and she’s doing better everyday. Many of us are cheering you on, Britney and we have felt ur pain but only she knows the full extent of it☮️💕

It can cause all the people involved to act out in baffling ways. Federline is very street wise, corrupt. He seems to be an alcoholic. He acts like a drunk or a dry drunk. His actions don’t match his words.

"there is nothing to believe in" this right here broke my heart. All that she has been through and she has never seemed to completely loose her faith. Her breaking point is her kids. It just confirms how much she loves them and how she kept battling through everything for them. The kids just don't understand and this is not their fault. Part of being a teenager is growing up to be independent and thinking of others instead of only yourself. Changing this mindset is difficult without the proper guidance. It seems like they have grown up in an environment that has not encouraged this and they are completely alienating their mum. I have close friends and family that have lost their mum. They would do anything to have more time. You never know what's round the corner. I hope they will never feel the pain of regret and wishing you had the time back to change it.

Even as an atheist, I still find expressions of faith from a place of love to be a beautiful thing, and one of my favorite songs of hers if "Someday (I Will Understand)." I always find it so beautiful how she talks about seeing God in her children in the chorus. And now to see her turn away from her faith not because of logic or reasoning, but because of all that's been done to her...just absolutely heartbreaking.
I am pretty sure at the end, she will realize God's whole plan. I understand her totally in this situation..any human will feel this way..but God really works differently. I didn't even know that her son's were against her. Not really surprising that her ex (who is a nobody) brainwashed the kids, probably told them a bunch of lies since they were toddlers, probably told them that their mother didn't want them or didn't care about them. Maybe that's one of the reasons why she wants to have another child because the one's she already has are completely under her ex husband's control. Hopefully when they get a little older they will realize that Britney wasn't really the problem, everyone around her including her own family were the problem and tried to paint Britney out to be "crazy" but she isn't crazy, she was driven crazy by her family and they are just sour that she is finally free from basically being held hostage in a way. Sometimes you just need to write off all the negative people in your life (even if you are related to them.)

I’m completely heartbroken for this beautiful woman. I’ve struggled financially my entire adult life as a single mother. At times working 3 jobs to give my child everything children with 2 parents had. Lack of money has almost always been my main source of stress. BUT after hearing this, I’m grateful for EVERY financial struggle I’ve ever had, because at the end of the day I still have love, my family, and my freedom. Money has turned the most important people in her life into monsters. I’m so incredibly saddened for her.

He was raised Christian but lost his faith as an adult. His good friend and fellow Oxford professor JRR Tolkien (Who wrote the Hobbit and Lord of the rings) had many deep philosophical conversations. I think many people question and can’t understand why things happen. I know myself I have seen many suffer from cancer or the most kind, caring, loving people die suddenly in a car crash and you ask why?? My thoughts were they were taken to heaven early but I still don’t have an answer why genuinely, exceptionally good people have to suffer or go through trauma. I guess we all have to work out the reason for these things. But I can certainly understand her questioning her faith. She will find her way-I do believe that. For another example if your child was murdered and the person who did it-gets put to death or life in prison-the parents always say-but that doesn’t change the fact my child is dead…It doesn’t take their pain away. I think Britney has been in a state of no control over herself and she’s finally finding her way but is truly so hurt that what she’s always wanted was her kids-she has to get over that last hurtle with the outcome unknown at this point.☮️

The pain she must feel is inexplicable. But I also feel bad for her boys who only ever knew the conservatorship and were brainwashed against her since they were toddlers. It's not their fault either and I hope, just like Britney found freedom, that they'll find independence and be able to have their eyes opened to at least be able to consider her side as well. Listening to Kevin do that interview I *almost* believed his act in the beginning but the more he spoke the more obvious it became that he was playing a role that was 100% self serving. It made my skin crawl by the end. All of it was BS and he used those boys as his meal ticket, not caring at all if he ripped them away from their mother in the process. He pretends he stayed out of it all but he had a massive incentive to make sure it kept going and a massive incentive to make sure those boys stayed with him and away from their mother. His innocent "I've turned the other cheek" act is sickening and how he defended her father while we know he kept asking for more and more money throughout the years and has never had to work a "real" job a day in his life since he got Britney pregnant is nauseating.
I feel for both Britney and her sons. We don't know what those boys have been through and I'm sure it's been a lot and more than any child should have to endure but they've also unfortunately been raised around snakes who were quick to use them to benefit from their mom. Those boys adore their dad because KFed never had to work or do anything but provide love to those kids. The boys seem like they have been raised well, but they have no understanding that their mother never abandoned them. They were taken from her and given to KFed. I will NEVER understand this. She wanted those boys, she wanted the whole fairy tale of family. She loved KFed, but he was the one out partying and cheated on her. Her world fell apart during the split, but only Britney was looked at as a bad mother for going out and partying. Federline was out spending money, drinking, drugs, etc., but the court ruled him the more responsible one. It was only because the media hounded Brit and everyone loves to see a shining star fall. KFed and her dad have worked together for years to keep the media believing Britney is mental. She's never been mentally ill, no different than the rest of society. I think she never fully matured because of the conservatorship and all that she's been through over the past 15 years or so. Plus being with a much younger man who may be a good guy, but he's immature as well. He doesn't seem to be a good influence on her to mature. Britney never really got to be a father to those boys. Not her decision. No way would she ever abandon them. She would have given up her career and everything to be a mom and wife. She valued family and God. Now - I think she is just broken with no real values. I think KFed is looked at as a good father because he provides a lot of love to the kids, does fun stuff together as a family, and has a million kids, so lots of family /fun/ love. But he denied the kids the truth and their mother. For this, I will never respect him. I think he was raised well, and has a good family who loves him, so a lot of support and the foundation to be a good person. He believes he's a good person, but he will never admit or understand that he used Britney and continues to use her. He will always be wealthy because his boys will always give him Britney's money even after they turn 18. Britney will never cut them out, but her fortune is small these days given all the people feeding off it for years and the lawyer fees. My one big advice for Britney is to talk to her lawyer and get off social media. No more nude photos and no more hate towards her family online. She has a book deal. Put it in the book. If all is already said on social media, no one will have interest to buy the book.
i thin they just want to step back because their teens wanting to make choices- the teens will always rebel against whatever structure is in place, and the shittier the timing the more it feels like it's personal but it's just that age. She loves them and they love her, and im sure with time and support they will be all together again but they may have to grow into independent stable men before they feel like they can choose to see her. Who knows what they must feel like growing up within what was going on.

People that expect or “demand” that Britney act any differently, don’t really understand what she has been through and continues to go through. But also probably haven’t gone through even half of it in real life.
So true! People who never struggled or faced growing up in an abusive household will ever understand how it continues to effect those who have. I’ve seen so many people leave nasty comments about Brit on I.G and it’s sickening. This is a woman who faced so much abuse from being a minor herself all the way to adulthood. Sure her sons are minors too but Britney has been working since she was a lot younger than them supporting her alcoholic father and pill popping mother. Show her love and empathy and understand that she allowed this abuse to continue to go on because of her boys! So yes those boys need to understand that she’s the victim not them! Is anyone else really worried about Britney's wellbeing right now, with everything she's being put through? She's so resilient and such a strong person, but there's only so much a human being can take. So much is being piled onto her. I'm scared that this situation with her kids turning their backs on her will push her down low enough to hurt herself or something 🥺 I really hope that never happens. Hang in there Britney!! That's exactly how I feel right now. Her strongest base throughout all those horrific years was God. And the anger you can hear even in the softness of her voice, is primal to me. (I've experienced isolation through parental guardianship myself). Once you get out your definitely not free :( coming to terms with your own life and autonomy when your finaly free is the tip of the iceberg. What comes next is a whole lot of anger and sadness and despair, finding out everyone has talked about you ,losing a family you wanted to love you so bad..., kids are alienated from you...

I was thinking the same thing. I know she is a strong woman and is still getting stronger, but as you said, she is human and there is only so much a person can take. This is also not how teenage sons should be treating a mother. In 1914 and 1939 boys their age were dying on the battlefield in the name of honour. Britney was robbed the chance to raise her sons with her own values and guidance. This is the result of that, it's messy but it may be necessary.

I watched the 60 mins interview the other day and all I could think about was the utter disrespect and ungratefulness while they sat there in that lavish house that Britney bought. The beautiful furniture, fireplace, swimming pool and that piano he was playing on all bought by her while their dad sits there living his life freely, not working and raising a new family as well on her hard earned money. So sickening that they couldn't support her unconditionally and that lame excuse that her son gave for not attending her wedding because she didn't invite the rest of the family was disturbing. How could he possibly be expecting her to do that after all they have done to her?
