Your a legend Arthur 👌 well done, I love how your scared of no car and just view it all as a process.
To those who normally complain about Arthur's work undermining the structural integrity should the vehicle again be in an accident; the frame is mostly constructed from an alloy variant of "Aluminium 6061-T651, AD-33" Russia/ASM equivalent , aerospace equivalent grade aluminum. Welding does alter the crystalline structure of the material, and straightening aluminum does require that it receive a mild annealing prior to its being "worked" (the old-world term body shops used for "straightening"). However, what crash resistance/crush strength, is present in the material - is resultant from the length and thickness of the material, strength/integrity/location of the welds, and the geometric composition of the vehicle's substructure.
i.e., unless totally replaced with a new frame, it will be of a differing strength/tolerance of the original; however, Lamborghini has approved tools, methods, and tolerances published - which references the repair of frames, and Arthur has ensured that the structurally compromised areas of the frame were replaced with materiel of an identical alloy composition.
AMStationEngineer - you sure about what you wrote? You sure that it is normal to make dram straight again when elastic point has been met and material is bended? In case of crash, it will broke in the same place but without any resistance force from non-broken parts- if you know what I would like to tell.

Remember, the 'right' rear section was "V" ground, edge drilled, then welded. The vehicle's owner will be provided with servicing instructions and, at times, where/when contention recommendations are deemed necessary.
**Aluminum has a fairly high degree of pliability, which, in itself - is responsible for much of the absorption of "G forces" during certain impact scenarios, and the vehicles "everyday" life characteristics. **Retired, 21 years ago, as a BAC Avionics Support Engineer, am very familiar with the characteristics of 6061-T6, its analogs, and am fairly - well trained in the methodology of structural, aviation grade aluminium alloys. A portion of which was used during the investigation of TWA-800, and the subsequent development of transient voltage suppression in the fuel reserve(s) tanks.

That’s great, this car will be fine for someone who knows what they have. For me or a normal customer, it is scrap. I enjoy watching these videos and this type of repair has its place. But make no mistake, this is not an acceptable real world repair.
