I couldn’t own a dealership like this. I’d just keep every car that came in.
Going too fast on undercarriage shots
I like the way you think.
Why not 😀
Lmao man I feel you!!!! When I first saw this dealership I was like a kid in a candy store lol where I'm from there are no lots like this anywhere! And this lot has all of my dream muscle cars! I would definitely be single if I owned a lot like this ✌🏽
Meeee tooo !!!
My first car 427 four speed. I am 63 and I bought it when I was 15 years old. Traded two steers, 20 gage pump shotgun, and 800 dollars to boot. Great car.
you got me by three years. My first was a 69 SS chevelle. It was $610.
@@paulmoss7940 My first, also at 15, was a 67 Chevelle SS with the 396 big block which I picked up for $700 - several summers of odd jobs. I'm actually partial to the nose of the 66 over the 67. I replaced the 67 SS with a 55 Nomad that had a 60 over 327 (out of a Vette, really ran strong for being such a heavy car) with a Muncy 4 speed. It was followed by a 64 GTO with a 389 and 3 deuces and a 4 speed. I wish I still had all 3. Oh well...wives and kids and such.
If that aint country ill ...
Here are all us old guys talking. But we weren't old then. Although not a Chevelle, my first was a 1968 Camaro SS 350, 4 on the floor, dark green with white stripes. Yessir the best car I ever owned.
@@paulmoss7940 bro don't that get ya now!? like my dad says if he only new what all them chevelle he had growing up was goin b this hard to find and expensive as they are the chevelle the Falcons 57 chevys said his 65 chevelle pains 250 bucks for 4sp SS car I love hear all the stories about em.
You are the most honest car salesman I’ve ever seen, you point out the good and the bad! The good certainty outweighs the bad on this one!
You know it's nice by the extended test drive, one of my favorites to date.
This will be an instant seller guaranteed.
She's a Beauty!!!!!
yes its a fast seller, for a sweet car :-)
Strangely Familiar my favorite car bad ass I would buy if hit lottery winner yeah run smoke tire
Be there in 20 minutes. Kinda tied up at the bank right now!!! Nice weekend getaway car.
Or a pretty good getaway car if your a bank robber!
Kudos to you Bill.....best comment award goes to you..
Fuuuuuuny.
Ha, I get it. You go in, I’ll drive.
I am a 1967 guy but this 66 is worth it all day long,I Luv it
Nice little 66
I had a 66 chevelle ss 396 375 hp for 21 years a lot of good memories
Nick, you literally have my dream job. And the brakes "need upgrading" as they're manual, not power. Engine prob has too much cam to support a brake booster. Nice car though and a borderline steal at $30k.
Honestly that is the best priced for what you get chevelle I've seen in quite some time. Trust me I look lol. I'm in the market for one again. Not the year I'm looking for , but.....DAMN.
Gabe Ackerman yeah not like scam auctions only good if original or numbers matching but price be high if that’s the case but like me tribute or clone I take it instead of a Mini Cooper s
Chevrolet was on their game in those years. Think of the Nova, the Chevelle even the Impala in those years. All were, are classics and beautiful.
My buddy has a black 66' Impala 396 convertible. Probably 97% mint. I would guess it would sell for an easy 50K. 👍
1968-1972 They had it going on. Even AMC
The Camaro and Corvette as well.
66 and 67 Chevelles are 2 of my favorite cars.
Junior Garvin love them all
Junior Gavin: Thank you very much. The 66 & 67 are my favorite Chevelles.
Mine too
Same here..
I was thinking how nice a 66 chevelle would be.
My ex husband had a 68 Chevy Chevelle, right off the Chevy line and they would not let him drag race at Englishtown Raceway, Englishton, N.J., becaue they said he did something to the motor. He didn't, but had the fastest car in South Brunswick, N.J. What a cool car that was ! I loved it ! BTY it was blue, his favorite color.
Whoa!! You gotta get a fan shroud on that bad boy before someone loses a finger or two!! OUCH!!!!!
Used to have the '66 396 Super Sport, but it got away and I'll never get over it
What a nice clean Golden machine ! If you do not pick this car for the price, you are nuts. WOW what a car. Any one that bout this car, you had a great eye for detail.
You provide the best "time tunnel" for us old fogies on CZcams. Many thx.
427 is a large block, 327 or 350 are small blocks. What a beauty! Love Maple Motors.
@Line Set, actually the 427 can be both a large or small block. The originall Chevrolet 427's were built from '66-'69 and were 7.0 liter big blocks. In 2014 Chevrolet introduced the 427c.i. LS7. Although still 7.0L, it is classified a small block engine.
Store bought is one thing but built can be either or whatever you can get away with. This is a great thread of gear heads. I’m a 76 year old Detroit “Greaser” and sure enjoy reminiscing.
What a beauty! My dream muscle car 66'or'67 Chevelle with a 4 speed the best looking Chevelles ever made
I like the fact that its not over the top and holds to the original stance
Beautiful car, I love how clean the engine is.
Whoa am so surprise your not keeping this one..Custiilian Bronze paint . very well taken care of.. Serious money went into this car.. Horn works that a major yes... Always dug 66 over all Malibus..Well worth the price.. Will be gone..
The dash for those cars were pure perfection.
I’m a Ford guy but I gotta say this is a beautiful car. 👍🏻
Wipers work, the horn works, the radio says. "It's not a perfect world Nick,I work when you sell me."
AWSOME Car! HOOAH!
Beautiful car. I have a Corvette but I would definitely trade it in for this. Love the Cragar’s
Favorite muscle car 66 or 67 Chevelle. What a beauty. I can even deal with the gold paint. Nice motor too.
This is what I like to binge watch on. Hulu, Netflix, none of those guys offer this kind of entertainment. Binge watching maple motors
ayyy Thank you
Good looking car. I think it is the first one that could pass an inspection for registration without work.
Nick, this is automotive entrapment! 70-Red & Black Chevelle, 68-big block Chevelle and now this outstanding ride! I have 2-vehicles I would trade for this one...keep them coming at us Nick...1-day I will be there to test wipers and horns for myself! ✌️ peace brother....
Me and my wife enjoy the classic car ride alongs. Just wished we had the funds for a classic beauty ! Hopefully one day, lol. I myself was the detail Mgr. Of a classic car lot for 7 yrs. I to also test drove everything in the showroom and the lot. I concur with the test drives. LoL. Keep the videos coming we enjoy them.
Ahhh the days of cruising down main street and circling the drive-in in our pure muscle cars. Brings back memories of the good old days of street racing and some cops watching the racing and even taking bets on the winners. Won't see that anymore. Loving this Chevelle and wondering if it has a Borg-Warner Super T10 trans. Clutch might need adjusting or maybe replacing but that's just a little work.
Thanks Nick, This 427 Is a Monster It'll Rock. Chrome Motor, Clean Interior. Straight Body. American Muscle All Day!!!
That 427 big block Sounds awesome
Another fine example of the inventory at Maple Motors ! Hope to stop by and look around 4/15/2020!! Eye candy place!! Thanks for the ride!
Damn !!! I love that color...one sweet ride, I will pass along to my Michigan hot rod friends..god bless and keep posting those gorgeous rides my friend. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Damn that's sweet! I could listen to that all day and never get tired of it.
Love this car. One of the best yet.
Nice to see someone who actually knows how to handle a stick properly!
All you horn goers 😂😂 good one Nick. This car is very clean and tidy. Love this type of dash. Amazing motor. Very smooth driver. I’ll be surprised if this lasts a day after this video. Thanks again for another great video Nick
Beautiful car. I was a little disappointed that it is not a true big block 427. This was a small block bored/stroked up to 427. Still and awesome car though.
Fabulous POST. Great Car. A Sleeper Classic.
Wow! I love everything about that car.
You guys have some kind of radar for cool old chevelles.ive seen more on your blogs in 2 yrs. Than I seen living in the 60s -70s.no complaints here.if I hit the numbers Saturday I'm gonna be up monday...
1966 is My favorite year for the Chevelle's.
1970
1 of the nicest cars on the channel
Fan shroud or it will overheat. Beautiful ride!
HAY I HAD A FOUR DOOR WITH A 283 AND A POWERGLIDE TWO SPEED TRANSMISSION IT WAS A NICE CAR FOR 295 DOLLARS IN 1978/79 I DROVE ABOUT THREE YEARS
THAT is one sweet ride ! Had one, I bought back in 1971..Have missed it, ever since!~ Those things are "Tanks" also..You would not believe what mine went through! Including, being rear ended
by a brand new 1972 Ford Pinto, (Which got totaled, front end) Left me a weeeeee little dent, in rear bumper ! Back when Cars were still being BUILT ! ! ! Lol..;If it was an Automatic, I would indeed
think of trading you my 1937 Chevy Business Coupe ! ! ! (454 Auto) Thanx for showing some true History !
"Car pulls to the right" is probably just the natural slope in the road. Try it in a parking lot and it will mostlikely be OK.
Or if not, get an alignment before you post it up for sale. Fix all problems while at it.
The horn works, YES, YES, YES!!! :) Beautiful car.
All the cops at the bank, you know what means lol time to roast those tires around the corner. Beautiful ride!
I was thinking the same thing lol
Nothing sounds as good as a 427. Maybe a 426 hemi but it’s close
I own 68 thru 72 Chevelle's now and after seeing this video Im starting to like 66 and 67 :)
It's a huge beauty with precious color style & interior personality just by looking. At it one can feel the communication power of freedom on the high way it's a great excitement for the lucky to own it .
My dream car....built the '66 chevelle models when I was a kid with the doghouse tilting front end, they were called the "street rats" one had a tunnel ram intake and the other had a blower, ever since then I've dreamed of the '66 SS!
You know if that's a White motor then it's legit. Guys really know what they're doing. Beautiful car!
“Brakes...that may need to be upgraded”
Yes I’d like to purchase the Chevelle... I’ll be paying with cash, of course some of these bills have dye on them, I hope you don’t mind;)
Not even an SS However, Still a gorgeous car. Looks fantastic Old school 15 inch mag wheels It doesn't get any better then that, only if an SS that is.
That's an amazing 66"Chevelle!!!
GREAT looking Ride sounds Awesome . Thanks Nick for the videos.
600 HP that little buggy will move.🚀 NASCAR is around 670 and weighs way more. It take a helluva car to out run it.Awesome beautiful car.
Cmon Nick, bang a gear! Sweet ride❤️
Bang a gear...??? It's not in his blood...he's a salesman I wouldn't give 5000 for that car the way it was drivin....
watch those hoodie strings around those clutch free fans friend I witnessed an accident I'll never forget.
This is my favorite of all Chevys, but I do love the Chevy Nova SS as well. Two of the sexiest cars out there. Buddy , if I had the money! You would be getting a call from me for sure.
I live in Canada so with the exchange this becomes a bit of an expensive car, but it if the best I have seen by far since I started watching you over the past 10 months!!! It definitely suits my tastes. If only the horn didn’t work,,,,,,,,,,,, hahaha!! As soon as it beeped,,,, I was out!! Heh heh.
I used to collect older trucks, sometimes had up to 20 in my barn at one time. I retired from the farm and now have 5 for myself, total. The only 2 that are older are a 69 Bronco that looks stock with a 3” lift and 32” tires. It has a 302 now with a 4 speed automatic vs the 6 cylinder 3spd manual it originally had. I also have a 72 GMC Sierra Grande long box with a 2/4” drop and a fuel injected 502 crate motor hooked up to a 6 speed automatic! It hauls! The other 3 are modern vehicles, a GT 500, 2020 with the track pack, a 2019 Ecoboost Mustang HPP that I have tuned and boosted to the max, just because I wanted to try, it is surprisingly fast! The last is a base 2019 F150 Raptor SuperCab that I DO off-road. Didn’t have 200 km before I took it up the side of a mountain and buried it in 4ft of snow! Haha.. no dents yet,,,,,,,, The wife has put a limit on the vehicles for now. I built a shop, man cave to display and work on my vehicles, the GT500 is on a rotating platform. (Expensive and useless, but man does it look cool when the guys come over! Best vehicle of the night gets to park on it and one of mine get moved outside. My buddies true 2019 Ford GT looks amazing on there!
Oh well, I like watching to see what you get next! It was really hard not to come down there to snap up the Scrambler you just had!! Soooo hard! Oh well, for now I daily drive the Bronco.
A 66 Chevelle has always been my dream car! So sweet !
Ever wonder why most of MM cars are big blocks? I have logical answer. In the late 70's early 80's I had GTX,Chevelles,Road Runners. All big B. If you where serious you had Big B. All the kids had small blocks. They got neglected, distorted or totalled. They where dime a dozen. The Big Blocks where taken care of. That's my conclusion. The bone yards are filled with small block street rods. My rarest car was a Dodge Indianapolis. Very rare. Same as Dodge Daytona just made for the Indianapolis race way. Instead of Daytona. I sold it bought a house and a 1955 Panhead. Love the big blocks. I will see you soon.⏳💰💰😎
white is a good engine builder they use only good parts and will warranty race motors for 2 years.
First thing I'd do it ditch the flex fan with electric and shroud.
Hi Nick, great video, let's sing a song about a sold car....sung to an old Loudin Wainwright tune..... crossing the highway late last night, i shoulda looked left and i shoulda looked right, it wasn't a station wagon car, the car got sold, right near a bar...you got your dead skunk, in the middle of the road..
Very nice, got to get my money right, that would be nice to get this car or one like it that's when I was born and I really love that car thanks Nick, you have some nice rides
Very beautiful awesome sounding Chevelle should sell quickly
Love that little 66, 427 sm block, perfect little car. Great video Nick, Keep em coming and stay safe.
Loved this T.R. Nick You know I just wished you'd popped the clutch on that beast🤯 Muscle Cars burn rubber 💯 he-he that's my new motto 👍
Don't worry about the radio not working-the music is coming out the exhaust pipes!!
Finally a car that's not trash
Prices are closer to being fair with your card than most places you try to keep it real good or bad
Thank you
My 1st car was a ‘66 SS 396 360 HP. I believe this one has a bit more guts than mine. Love the Cragar SS wheels.
Man,y'all in good season,horns,wipers,big engines,big tires,loud pipes,Sounds almost like a Dwight Yocum song...lol
Nice looking love the 66 Chevelles
after seeing this makes me even more commited to the purchase of one . someone willl be very happy with this 66' I know I would.
That's what I want right there. Freakin' sweet!!!
Ya man congrats again on the UTube trophy !! Fleet us and McFarlan are awesome like you nick it would be cool for you guys to get together and hang out !!
So glad you guys aren’t too far from Ohio. Probably going to stop in soon. 👍🏼🤘🏻
I'm a ford guy but love a chevelle. I seen a thing on the face space page that they are bringing it back I sure hope it's true
What a nice car. One of the best that I have seen you have. Seems to be near perfect. Makes you wonder why the owner let it go. I bet it wasn't by choice. The small block stroker engine's are awesome. I would much rather have one instead of a heavy big block. I like the way the back windows on the 66 & 67 are recessed and have the fins on the sides. Someone won't be able to live withoui this one as soon as they find out about it.
Beautiful 66, love the old school Cragars
I owned a 1967 OLDSMOBILE 442 back in 1980 to1981
you got some great hotwheels..love the demo's of these classics, my old buddy had one same year.."old mans blue" with one canary yellow front left fender..all stock..but we cruised that car everywhere.
That's a bargain for that gorgeous ride! correction...a steal.
I really want that , interior looks nice, thanks for the ride.
Dad had 66 396 3spd marina blue and inter
I hate the color, but 66 Chevelles are the absolute bomb. :-) especially the manuals.
I'm smiling, just watching you drive that thing....😁
Dang you have a great lot. I’d sure like to shop there some day.
I had a 66 SS in the 70s. Kicking myself in the ass for selling it.
Same, I think about it often.
Beautiful car!!!!! My favorite so far!!
Over all say for price real good
Its so old school, but too cool.
